I rented/checked out an electric saw for 24hours price to trim the branches of my garden at 12.50pm and returned it the next day by 7.43pm, but .I was made to pay for two days because I was 6 hours late. This is crazy, because the associate who checked me out did not tell me the consequences of not returning it at the exact time. When I complained ,he told me that it was on the receipt, I did not disprove that but who reads the receipts when you know that you are going to return it the next day for a price of a day. The associate should tell customers verbally ,despite the fact that it was written on the receipt .

With the list of items on a sign available on each aisle, it made it really easy for me to find what I need.

My sump pumps were busted and my yard was becoming a lake! But after explaining my needs to an Associate, despite Home Depot not carrying all the parts I needed, she directed me to a local plumbing store to purchase the additional part to complete the repairs. Thank you so much for hiring such caring Associates!

the store is clean, I was well attended, and found everything we needed.

So, all of the people they know what I NEED, and want, are not there. I had to deal with strangers all the time. However, their work ethics are good, I don't criticize them personally.

Everything was fine! I shopped and got flowers. My granddaughter also enjoyed the swing.

The store was clean I did receive help at the paint desk, very knowledgeable associate.

The store was clean and organized. I have always been assisted by the Associates. They are always friendly and helpful. I visit the store frequently and always get great deals and bang for my buck. My vegetable and flower gardens prove it!

I have shopped at this store lots of times so I knew that my shopping experience would be good! I will shop there again and recommend it to others! I also shop at the Fayetteville store as both are close to my home and great stores!! The associates are courteous and knowledgeable. They always help me find what I am looking for if I can't find it myself! Thanks Home Depot!

The Store Associate was very helpful and professional

On my last visit to Home Depot, I bought several items. One was damaged so I was able to get a great price on it. On another item, I had a problem deciding on the right soil for planting. The associate really helped me decide and went to get me a cart and pushed the bags to the register. Therefore, that made it easier to transport my items to my car. Sometimes it is hard when you come into the store to find someone to help you. But most times my visits are pleasant like it was yesterday. I always enjoy my visits to Home Depot.

Everything was easy to find on your own, checkout was pretty fast. Even the garden area was clean and organized.

Very pleased with the Associates willingness to help and their knowledge of the products. i was deciding on vinyl flooring and had questions on a particular type that referenced "Grip Strip". The associate , Gloria explained what it was and also demo the flooring and how it would be installed. I had a pleasant experience at the Home Depot Store today. I selectively choose different Home Depot stores just to compare on a variety of levels when I am out and about. Being retired now, I find myself wanting to DIY little small jobs around the house. I get much satisfaction from just taking charge and doing the little tasks.

I am having some remodeling done in my house and all of my supplies were purchased at Home Depot Riverdale. My contractor and I have never had any problems locating supplies for my project. Everything we needed we were able to find in this store.

the shopping experience was stress free. I was able to locate my items quickly and was able to pay and go.

When I get the home remodeling bug I go and tool around in my friendly neighborhood Home Depot store. New counter tops--check. Deep new sink--check. New Fridge--check. Plants for the yard--check!!I love having Home Depot in Riverdale, thanks, we needed it!!!! I am a wife with a 'honey do' spouse.

The store is always clean, neat, organize, the associates are always, always helpful, knowlegble about any product that I purchase, espcially in the paint department and lawn and garden.
