I found the products but in a store of this size, it is still difficult to locate the exact product in a timely fashion. I was able to get assistance when an employee was available. It appeared clean. Mixed review on employees - a couple were extremely helpful but one individual appeared not to have the time to answer a simple question. Cashier was pleasant and helped in every way he could. (David)

This Home Depot store always has what I need, and if I can't find what I'm looking for, there is always someone there to help me. I highly recommend the Riverdale nj Home Depot.

We had a great exerience yesterday at the Home Depot in Riverdale. The men were very helpful in letting us purchase the christmas display item we wanted as well as getting the item for us and putting it in our cart. Then we checked out with the cashier Christopher, who was the most friendly cashier I have ever met. He was kind to our children and was great to converse with. The overall trip was so enjoyable that we will go no where else but Home Depot in Riverdale for our home purchases.

The Riverdale Homedepot is filled with nice, helpful and knowledgeable employees that make your visit to the store quite easy and painless.

As both my husband and myself are retired its nice to be directed to the dept which we are looking for instead of having to walk the entire store since its a huge building. Thank you

I would highly recommend shopping at The Home Depot in Riverdale, NJ. Ricardo Salinas is an outstanding associate at The Home Depot and he makes the buying experience more pleasurable.

I pretty much know what I want when I go in there but some of the people helpful sometimes I would rate them about 3.5

Home Depot, has almost everything we need for our homes. They are very clean and friendly, that even a woman (myself). Receiven help a lot of help in finding severl items needed. I only know grocery stores better. But honestly here everyone helped me and made my visit very easy. There prices are very good too.

Staff is always helpful, they know their stuff! One of the best HD stores I've visited in north jersey.

The greater at the front entrance was helpful by directing me to the correct area to find the products. The rear of the garden center is where the downspouts and gutter products were located. The products for sale were in a orderly fashion, but the aisles were full of products on skids that were in the way. I did not a cart, but bringing one to this area would be challenging.

I shop in a lot of Home Depot's... this one has the edge. Used them for major yard equipment and now for kitchen counters. I would highly recommend visiting Riverdale over the others in the area given the choice.

Bad business practices. I had ordered online a Ryobi Expand-It trimmer so I can buy separate attachments to use with it. Yet when I got to the store, they try to make me take another brand, which I did not ask for. They gave me a refund, but they were so clueless when they try to make me order a future Ryobi model. If they do not know what is the future model, why did they try to make me buy it? They said they no longer have in stock the model I want nor would they restock. I'm very disappointed with Home Depot for keeping advertising a product they no longer have. It should be remove from the online listing, yet this trimmer still is on sale online. Very bad business practice.

Have been in the Home Depot in Riverdale many times over the years, had my kitchen replaced by them and bought many things that were needed for home. Always has been an exceptional experience, from the quality of the products and especially the employees...all of them.

As usual, finding someone to help me was time consuming and annoying. The cashier, Altagracia, was helpful with that and very professional.
