I Recently provided an estimate for the exterior cleaning of this Home Depot in Gig Harbor, Wa. The Property Manager Brighter-Image Told me that there not looking for A Grade Cleaning Companies providing A Grade Quality Results. Rather they only use C Grade Companies to basically get by & it shows. You ever heard that saying you pay for what you get. Looks Great Home Depot!

The Riverhead staff is always helpful and the store is easy to navigate. I shop there often and I would highly recommend.

Ordered stockade fence, posts and sacrete on a wednesday, earliest delivery was to be saturday. HD never delivered but instead stated I was unavailable for delivery, which is insane bc 1) I was home waiting all morning and 2) they would not have needed me anyway. I then follow up after the holiday weekend on Tuesday moring and finally get the fence and posts Wednesday but driver says the sacrete on the truck was not for me. I then call the store that same wednesday and was told the sacrete would be delivered today (Thursday). And then ... no delivery today as of 6:20 PM. It is now a week since my initial order and I still do not have everything.

Frustrating to find anything? Need more attentive help?

Store was grossly understaffed and poorly run… quite surprising!

You would expect to get more help especially finding things these days but unfortunately I had to go to someone else who had 12 ft 1x6 Cedar tongue and groove cm anyway you didn't have what I needed

I had some problems with the delivery Home Depot made to my home! If it wasn’t for the customer service team at Riverhead Home Depot, I would not have been a satisfied and happy customer! The help I received from Juliana and Melina went above and beyond! Melina was especially helpful and because of her, I would recommend this store at every chance I get! Give this customer service professional a raise, a bonus, and a one month paid vacation at the destination of her choice!!! Thanks again!!!

Bought Vissani microwave online and could not get installed with normal $170 charge- online basket suggested Pros in area- there were none- only in CT- RETURNED microwave to get Samsung with normally offered Install Charge- DO NOT BUY IN STOCK ITEMS

I have been going to Riverhead Home Depot for many years. Awesome store, awesome employees, BUT could they get some new shopping carts please!! Hard to sift through and get a decent one. Spend the money; it will be worth it and make your customers happy!!

I picked up two orders that were placed back to back. The pick up took an hour by the time I was done. There was no concept of "lets help the customer move quickly through the pick up". The second man handling the second pick up was rude and uncaring. Not going to Home Depot anymore.

I went to customer service to place an order for two toilets. The employee checked the stores inventory and none were in stock. She then found the last two in a warehouse. I paid for them and I'm waiting for them to be shipped to the store. There was no one at the display to help me or a sing saying out of stock.

I was in the Store with a friend to pick out a Stove before Thanksgiving. There was a Lady by the name of Loraine. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the Stove that my Friend picked out for his Mother.She went step by step with every question we had.Loraine is very good for your Company.

My deceased husband loved your stores as I now do especially since it’s located so close to my home as I can hop into it often for my needs .

As a new homeowner, I shop at Home Depot at least once every other week. They are great with helping you find what you need and returning products. I will continue to shop there for all my home needs.

Any time I’ve visited the Riverhead Home Depot, all the staff seemed friendly and willing to help. Even when I’ve been just looking at items deciding which to buy, if there’s a staff member nearby, they usually ask if I need any help. And if I can’t find something, it amazes me that I can ask almost any of the staff and they know, even in this HUGE store, where things can be found. Great Store!

I shop at the Riverhead Home Depot a few times a year. I am always happy with my experience. Last night with needed a few items and stop in. My wife and I had a few question in various departments we visited. Each employee we encounter was well informed, friendly, extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. Wonderful people. That hasn't been my experience other retail establishments in quit awhile It was a please shopping at the Riverhead Home Depot

Most helpful cleaned up all trash. Very polite

I waited and waited and waited just to find someone to help me cut four pieces of wood. I was over an hour. everyone said not my dept. they laughed and said it was a nice saturday so no one came in. finally a nice guy who worked in doors helped me while going back and forth to help others in his department. I had my 89 yr old mother sitting in the car and I was just trying to cut slats for a bed - mattress firm was on their way to my house so spending an hour waiting was unacceptable Especially when it still cost me $75

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful

We worked with Eminent in the Window and Door department. He is terrific! He is knowledgeable, patient, and personable.

I needed help with an electrical problem we were having with a new thermostat and Jimbo and Charlie went out of their way to explain what I needed, and also gave me some good alternative ideas. They are very professional and a credit to your store. I will shop there again and will not hesitate to seek them out again if I need any help. The store is well stocked. The sales associates are very helpful. The products are reasonably priced.

I recently redid my bathroom. My contractor gave me lists of necessary supplies. I picked out the tub, vanity, shower head, flooring, paint and tiles. I knew nothing about the internal plumbing and electrical supplies along with grout, joint compound etc. Your store was well stocked and fully staffed. I also shopped at the Coram, Setauket and Patchogue store unsuccessfully. On a Friday night in Coram I couldn’t find anyone to help me. Their employees were not knowledgeable, experienced and were indifferent to my needs. Riverhead store was the best. The manager even helped me their. I was very impressed with the “ team effort and camaraderie between the staff. The returns were effortless.

The store is great always clean easy to find someone for assistance and the cashiers are always so friends

What makes a great store highly special? It's all about the people that Home Depot employ's. The employees are always friendly and know everything about every product in the store and if they don't know about something, they will wisk you right away to the person who has all of the answers to hear many many questions

Everything was a breeze with ordering my fence and gate.
