Having problems with the corner kitchen cabinet hinges after 6 years and the associate was able to find our cabinet purchase and order replacement hinges for the defective hinges under warranty.

Store was extremely clean uncluttered and bright. The associate in the paint dept was extremely helpful and friendly. If I lived closer this would be the store I would always shop in.

Returns desk is always slow but I understand why that is. I like self check to a point it is sometimes slow When you need a person but they are always cool when you get one.

We spend a lot of time at Home Depot and these two young men provided exemplary service. They approached us to offer help with product selection, loading and receiving accurate pricing, then helped load our truck and provided all of this very professional assistance with smiles. They made this visit to Home Depot one of our easiest and most positive.

The cashier Christina made checkout fast and she was friendly

I went to Home Depot for only one item: white wood filler. To find a tiny can in the multiple aisles of supplies is a scary job. I was almost afraid to try. I saw the paint associate, who not only walked me down the aisle, she grabbed the (tiny) can and offered it to me. WOW! When I tried to compliment her on her knowledge and helpfulness, she was self-effacing and very modest. Make her employee of the week or month and let her park CLOSE to the store!

Store is always clean and associates greet you everywhere in the store.

This store is neat and organized. Staff is knowledgable.

The Riverhead store has in my recent visit seemed better stocked, cleaner and employee attitudes seem improved, curious if it is just this store or an overall management improvement that has occurred

I had a long shopping list and was pressed for time. After I chose bathroom accessories (towel holders, soap dishes, etc.), I couldn't find shower curtain rods. An associate CAME UP TO ME and asked if I needed help. He then walked me over to the end cap, where everything I needed was stored. And, in the paint dept., a nice blonde lady walked with me to Rustoleum, brushes, and bathtub paint (which she had to stretch to reach and pull off the shelf for me). She also offered me advice about the proper use of the bathtub paint, and whether to purchase the brush-on or spray-on kit. In the recent past, I have been disappointed in your Riverhead store. But yesterday, from the greeter at the door (great idea!) to the above associates, and not to forget my "supervisor" at the self-check, all I can say is "Great job. Love the improvement!"

This store is getting worse and worse. the garden dept. you need gloves to touch anything,the shelves are not stocked, I'm having a better experience at my local Ace Hardware store. bigger selections, much cleaner. Very disappointed!!

The associate Craig in plumbing helped me find the part I needed and was very helpful. The cashier Andrea was friendly, she made the checkout easy and fast.

Very satisfied with all the products I have bought and ordered online from Home Depot. Very friendly, helpful service, will recommend to my friends. I have been a customer for a very long time will continue to shop at all Home Depots!

The store was clean and airy . The people are always polite and helpful. All products are clearly marked. The retail field could learn a few things from Homedepot

I had two small items from inside the store that I was going to purchase but wanted to look at the nursery stock, most of which was outside in front of the store. When I tried to walk out to look at the nursery items, I was stopped by an associate and asked if I wanted to purchase the items in my hand. When I said yes, of course, he told then that I would have to surrender them before I could look at the nursery stock. He said it was store policy. When I asked to speak to a manager, they could not locate one. When they finally found one by placing a telephone call, I was told I would have to wait several minutes for her. I finally left after waiting several minutes. I could pick up any item out front and walk around with (and presumably steal it if I wanted to) but I couldn't walk around out front with items from just inside those cash registers. Worst off, to be treated like some petty thief when all I was doing was looking at the merchandise that Home Depot places beyond its registers. I left without buying any nursery items and will take my business to Lowes from now on, just across the street.

This was a large order, and store associate Phil Scuito was very helpful assisting me in putting everything together. After getting home, I realized that I had to make a minor change to the order, and again Mr. Scuito was there to help. His assistance made this trip to the Home Depot very enjoyable.

The appliance personnel that helped was wonderful. She was knowledgeable on all the merchandise and was upfront on all the accessories needed for installation. She even worked with me to lower the cost. PC Richards---Watch Out.

We wanted to purchase a stove and dishwasher. The Appliance Department Associate, Joan, provided excellent customer service. She knew everything about the appliances we selected and went over everything we needed concerning this purchase. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the products in her department. We left completely satisfied and confident about our purchase. What a difference going to Home Depot versus the competitor! I can honestly say, we will be going to Home Depot for our next appliance rather than wasting our time at the competitor down the street.

Some products were hard to find. I think the store workers should ask if you are a veteran.

Totally appreciate the help I received while shopping in the Kitchen cabinet section. Very knowledgeable and friendly associate. She went out of her way to bring us directly to the area for the product I was looking for.

The store itself is ok, but the people who work here are great at customer service.

When I come in to The Home Depot I am able to find everything I need, even though it does take some time. For instance trying to find a shop vac the associate directed my to go down this but wasn't sure which way he meant. Then I asked another he said it was another aisle down. I did find the shop vac I was looking for. I also went to find paint that was a fun experience when I got up to the register with my vac I had to grab the can of paint before it was mixed. After I was finished with my paint I went on another line to pay for my item and purchase propane. I was waiting on another line yet again and I was actually waved to come by self check out where the lady offered me a hand, and had a shopping cart ready for me to leave with. I was then told pull the car around to pick up the propane. I then went to the garden center where an associate was helping a couple after he was finished I was waiting to pick up my propane I asked if I could get some help, he walked away, while putting away the other customers cart when he came back I asked again to have some help he didn't have the key. Another associate (female) came over to offer assistance. The gentleman did take the propane out of the case and put it on the ground and said here ya go, and I picked it up and carried it to my car.

The associate in the paint department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The paint was mixed quickly and the color was checked for accuracy. The worst part of the shopping experience was the checkout when the associate refused to scan the heavy items.

Johnny picked my order in under 3 hours and had it all loaded and ready for me. It saved me at least 1/2 an hour, and there was no additional charge for it. I wish they had more Johnnys.

The Home Depot personnel made my shopping experience fast and useful.

The store is great. It's clean, well organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great deals & service. Found items easily and staff were always available if assistance is needed.
