Staff is very friendly didn't make me feel unwelcomed when I visited their store minutes before closing time to get a part. My cashier Reannon was awesome, she was very kind and friendly!! Every time I visit this store it's a great experience!

Very friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. Always willing to help and I have never felt judged or demeaned do to asking a "silly" question. Thank you to ALL of the staff at the Riverview Home Depot!

The store was clean. When we asked for help finding clamps yhe associate was very helpful. Also when we needed helpnloading our truck someone was there to hrlp.

I was helped by multiple store employees since I didn't know how to find what I needed. The cashier, Paola, was also helpful and courteous. She greeted me at first sight, inquired about my shopping experience, and lastly informed me the store cared about my feedback and solicited via this survey. Associates are very helpful and courteous. They seem genuinely interested that the customer finds the right product and offers their expertise in the product. For me, that's very important.

This Home Depot is always helpful in our purchases. I highly recommend Dana in the Appliance Department, she was an absolute Joy to work with.

Being a woman sometimes is a handicap because you’re not really sure what you need to do a specific job as I have to take care of everything myself. It is so great to have knowledgeable people who are willing to help you find what you need. There is always someone to help you at the store.

Store assistance manager did not help me resolve the issue. Was very rude and unapologetic. Instead of helping he basically ran me out of the store.
