The ring camera I bought was great!

Needed to replace blinds for a home I rented. Only had two days left to get the job done. Their employee carlos made sure to help me get exactly what I needed. Everyone was also welcoming. Made me feel like I had a right to be there. Sounds dumb, most stores their employees look at you weird or try to avoid being asked questions.

I asked for a steel truss strap to use it as a brace in my AC return duct so it wouldn't collapse my air filters. I was directed to the "part made to fix this" in aisle 9. I couldn't find it, went back to the end of the store to get further help, and was given duct/pipe hanging strap. I didn't realize it was $25 until I got home. The 24" steel strap is only $2.38. I don't usually run onto this degree of bad advice but it turned out to be a waste of time for us both.

Awesomeness Great store

I am doing a remodel so I am often at Home Depot. The store on Bloomingdale is clean, has what I need. The employees are helpful and friendly.

I had a defective appliance delivered, and called quite frustrated. I was fortunate enough to be connected to Jacob the night manager. He is a true professional, and made sure that he helped out as much as he could. He even helped load the new appliance onto my vehicle. Thank you Home Depot for having the best on duty today!

Devin helped me find the right peel and stick tiles and also great suggestions to apply properly for great adherence and appearance.

I purchased a vanity combo from another Home Depot store and it was damaged. I attempted to exchange it at this store (it was the only store that had them in stock) the manager Ron wanted to quote me policy and procedures and profit and loss instead of returning my item.

I love the friendliness and kindness that they show. Jose and Andre are always so helpful. I am a seasonal shopper and they are willing to help me anytime! Thank you to them and Erin and Tina as well. You all ROCK! We will be sending you all some pizza!!!!

The past few days my husband (Andy) and I visited your store and was lucky enough to encounter one of your employees, Jan Perez. Jan took the time to assist us in finding every item, moving it off pallets and was very courteous and attentive to our needs. As we live about a 45 minutes to an hour away and do a lot of business with another store, in fact two within 15-20 miles of one another, due to Jan’s outstanding customer service we shall be moving all our business to your store directly.

This store is great! The manager and associates are happy, willing to help, and professional as well as personable. Go see Jose in Garden, he was awesome. Loved his personality, willingness to help, and he got me my Halloween stuff. Yeah!!! Go Jose, you rock!!! Wish more associates were like him!

I purchased a shop vac. Couldn't snap the wheels into the caster foot socket they were supposed to go in. Came back to the store and was greeted by a Salemans by the name of Austin. Ask him if he could help, he didn't hesitate to help. Inserted them for me. Great Customer service by Austin. Thank You!

Had issues with my fridge when I bought it from this location. The team in appliance went out of their way to help us as we tried everything to fix the issue.

The employee went out of their way to assist and help us and were very nice.

I had went to Home Depot to buy a 3/4 black bracket, except there wasn’t any on the shelf. I had asked an associate (Mason) to see if I was just missing it. He checked and it said there was zero on hand but he had a hunch, and sure enough. He found them. He was extremely patient with me as I was trying to figure out which one I needed and took the time to make sure I was all set before returning to work. I was extremely impressed with his strive and continuous effort to make sure I had everything I needed. I was shocked about how efficient and caring he was. I will definitely be coming back!

I am replacing an electric water heater and purchased all the supplies I may need at this time.

My AC in the house went out bringing the temperature to a 84 degrees last night. I knew buying a portable AC Unit would help until the it gets repaired. Unsure which unit to buy, Scott recommended the portable AC Unit with the window port. Installation was easy and I have a cool room in the house until the AC in the house gets fixed.

John Donn helped us with wiring and went above and beyond any expectations. If anyone needs help this employee definitely will make the difference. Thank for great experience.

We always by our cleaning and gardening supplies from Home Depot because of your large selection and prices.

Actually, every time I've been to this particular HD, I've received excellent customer service. But, I would like to commend Nick (paint department). On multiple occasions, this young man has provided stellar customer service. He assisted me to locate and describe a wanted item. He also prepared a quart of paint for me. When I picked up the paint order, it was neatly placed in a small box along with stir sticks, opener, paint color sample. He has an excellent attitude, very positive! :)

I really like the Riverview Home Depot. I came in at the very end of the day on Sunday. Despite this, we had a very positive shopping experience. Everyone was patient with their help and very courteous, especially Michael the cashier.

Holly went out of her way to help us pick out our appliances spending close to 3 hours explaining everything to us. Simply the best!!!

Came to the store to purchase 2x3x8 pressure treated lumber and was told by 3 separate employees that you do not carry this type of lumber. I left the store and checked online and it showed that you had 330 in stock and available for pick up. I called the store to check to make sure this was correct and I was told once again that you do not carry this type of lumber. I placed the order online for pick up and the order was ready in less than an hour. I do not understand how 4 of your employees can tell a customer you do not care an item when you very clearly do. When I went to the store to pick up the lumber it was obviously in the lumber aisle. Your employees do not care to assist customers and would much rather fool around with each other than do their jobs.

After spending big money at the Sun City Center locale, they did not have an item in stock even though their devices and the internet said they did. I called the Riverview Home Depot and through the automation process was misdirected to Paint instead of Plumbing but LOYCE took the time to locate the item we needed to insure that we did not make another wasted travel. She was SUPER helpful.
