We received individual service in a short-time. Felt COVID safe during our visit.

Pretty well stocked. The store is an older one so it is not as well laid out as newer ones but the people working there are helpful and will do what is needed to help you find what you need. It helps to take your smart phone and use the HD app to help find things.

I go to the Roanoke Home Depot whenever I’m doing a project. The store has the items that I need and the Pro rental desk has every tool/equipment that I could possibly need. The employees are very helpful and know exactly how to get the job done!

As a contractor Home Depot is what it is. You’re better off going to the store in person and grabbing all of your crap as opposed to taking advantage of any other services such as pro desk or the service desk. Those people have not any skin in the game other than a paycheck that’s guaranteed to them at the end of the week. So dishearteningYou guys do a good job evaluating your business with store walks that have been planned for weeks but the reality of all of that it’s just a façade. Daily operations are just plain BS if you get down to the nitty-gritty and look at it on a daily basis as opposed to once every month or six weeks

I ordered an item for store pickup. When I pulled into the curbside pickup spot, I entered my information twice (a second time after waiting ten minutes). After waiting 20 minutes I ran inside. I did not want to go inside because I had my dog with me because I thought the item would be delivered to my car. Once I got inside, an employee had my order in his hands and I grabbed it and returned to my car. While in my car I checked the item and it was incorrect. I ran back inside and explained to a different employee that the item was incorrect. I informed her my dog was in the car and I just wanted to return it quickly. She looked up what I ordered and showed my it was in stock. I had hoped that she would offer to correct the item and bring it to my car. She called over another employee for help and she also did not offer to correct the problem. And then she gave me a store credit which forces me to return. Having worked in a restaurant where the culture was to ensure that customers leave happy and we would do anything possible to ensure that would happen, your customer service was extremely disappointing. I did use the curbside delivery at this location early in the pandemic and the service was amazing. During that previous experience, the service was fast and three employees came to my car to check on me to check on my order. I guess now your store doesn't care about curbside service.

The store is very clean and always has what I'm looking for. I'm glad that it is my neighborhood store.

The Home Depot is both well stocked and well staffed. This way, there are plenty of employees available to help you during your visit and after if you need assistance with other things as I did when I needed someone to help me load my car with cinder blocks. I am so grateful for their help and support.

I had been looking for a particular item at a number of stores without any luck until I tried the garden dept at the Home Depot in Roanoke. There is an amazing associate, Teri in the garden dept who not only knew the item that I needed but was able to show me exactly the shelf on which it was located.

It really is hit or miss. The fact the website states they have inventory and they don't indicates something very wrong with accounting and management.

Jack is the most courteous, friendly and helpful employee. Wonderful attitude.

Store was clean and well maintained. Malory (a cashier) was very nice and helpful while checking us out.

Alyssa ta the returns desk is fantastic. I feel bad for her because she has o work with Brianna. Brianna made me feel like it was my fault that an item was received incorrectly by your store. She also did nothing to help Alyssa that is new to that position. I guess she doesn't remember when she started and had to learn her job. She definitely needs to learn how to work with customers, especially at the CUSTOMER Service Desk/ Refunds desk. SHe finally helped Alyssa process the refund...and it was done wrong. I called the store for resolution and I was ping ponged to several ringing phones, but no one answered. Finally got to a manger, Vendal (spelling may be incorrect), and he is supposed to have someone call me to get resolution. Let's see how that goes.

Store was clean and set up perfectly. Everybody in the store was very helpful and nice. They spend time with me and take care of all my needs!!

I always have a good experience at any Home Depot, but this was my first trip into one with all of the global chaos of COVID 19. The staff was still all smiles and helpful as ever, and a fine gentleman named Stew even asked my name and thanked me for making a visit. A smile goes a long way my friends, and smile with a good attitude goes further. Keep up the good work, and give Stew a raise!

After visiting this store 4 Wednesdays in a row, (complaining the first 3), I believe Management has made all the changes that were necessary for "Normal People" , (as opposed to Contractors), to get all the service needed for a Great Experience. The Store was Clean every time I visited, the ability to get assistance needed improvement. After mentioning it on the Survey I started getting emails and Apologies from Several People, so I corresponded with Management, and they made some chances around there. The " Vests " were EVERYWHERE this time and I think ALL of them welcomed me to the store , Thanked me for shopping there, and Offered Assistance. I had 8 pieces of Lumber cut, when I got them home, checked for size, They were all PERFECT FIT !! I didn't have to stand in any lines,I didn't have to hunt for anything assistance was immediate. If You ever have need, Monica or Vendall, will literally jump thru hoops to correct any issues. I THINK THEY NAILED IT !! Thanks Guys !!

Moduste the cashier was horrible and extremely rude to the cashiers she was training. If you go to the Roanoke Home Depot DO NOT go to moduste!!

In general, the store is well managed, as the store staff and clerks know how to serve customer well, and are willing to provide more information to me about where to go and whom I should look for to get specific information. And, the staff does check on me a bit later to see whether I got what I was looking for. This shows staff are well trained and pay attentions to customers.

This store is an integral part of our community. We are there frequently for all our needs.
