Taking on a large remodel job for my kitchen and bath turned out much easier than I thought thanks to the selction of products and the incredible staff.

Easy in and out at this location, helpful employees available and paint desk very helpful with my color choice.

I usually am able to find whatever I need when I go to a Home Depot. If I can't find it, I know someone can direct me to it. Prices are very reasonable. Plus I have one very close to where I live . . . an added BONUS!

The associates at the Home Depot store in Roanoke, VA are very helpful and friendly. If you are doing a "DIY" project I'd suggest stating at Home Depot.

The store was very clean and Items were very easy to locate. I really like shopping at Home Depot because I do get my monies worth.

We have been loyal Home Depot shoppers for years. We have purchased everything from materials to build a large deck ourselves to paints & stains, appliances, pressure washers & tillers. Also, a LOT of gardening supplies.. The reason we continue to spend our money at Home Depot is their helpful associates. When we bought our deck materials last year, the gentleman who planned our deck & put together our materials was always available to answer questions & make suggestions. Our materials were delivered promptly & were well planned. We had visited several retailers to compare materials, costs & service. Home Depot was hands down the business most helpful & appreciative of our business. We can't recommend them enough!!!! So thankful for their help!!!

After a bad experience at another Home Depot store we took a long ride to this store for a large item that was on special. Thanks to store 4609, especially Deangelo, we were able to get our items and turn the bad experience around. Thanks again 4609!

DECK OVER WAS SO OLD IT HAD LUMPS IN IT VERY HARD TO MIX OR USE, STAIN HAD SCUM ON BOTTOM OF CAN, REMOVED IT WITH A STICK. COULD NOT FIND USE BY DATE ON CANS.

This is a typical Home Depot. I shop here because it has cheaper prices than Lowes, BUT with custpomer service Lowes has you beat.

I was replacing bed/bath door knobs in my home. I was looking for inexpensive and easy to install hardware. Found exactly what i needed, knobs were in my price range and installed in less than ten minutes each.

Had not been shopping in Home Depot for at least a year but will come back soon and recommend Home Depot to other DIY individuals.

As always when I go to home depot I always have fun there is so many things in there to look at and it make you just want to spend all day in there which I can the associates in there make you feel at home they don't follow you around in the store and if you need them they are always some where around and not hard to find I just love that place

this store was very clean and that impress me first. next i was please with the knowledge of the sales associates. will keep coming back if store treat me with kindness and show me that i am somebody.

The associates were super-friendly. Our cashier was super-friendly. She smiled and made eye contact. She offered to get us help in loading our vehicle. Two associates offered assistance as we browsed the store. They smiled, made eye contact and were eager to assist. The employees were knowledgeable about their products and the location of the the products that we inquired about. The store was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this location to friends and family members.

I went to the store to purchase a simple bath vanity. However, I had to make repeated trips to the store because the ones I received were damaged. They were either busted on the side or had damage to the finish. Finally had an associate open the box on last one I exchanged and looked it over for obvious damage. Seeing none, we left the store and installed it on 4/26/15. On 4/27/15 I noticed a gap on the door door where the panel fits into the frame. I got to looking at it and realized that the door panel had come loose from poor workmanship. Needless to say, now I have to remove the door and glue the panel back into the door frame. So aggravating. Should of just stuck with the other big box store.

Great prices, product easy to find, staff right there ready to load my car.

home depot offers veterans a 10% discount on products - lowes only does that once or twice a year and you have to show all kinds of identification - home depot accepts the veterans id card that is issued by the dmv - there are two lowes stores that are closer to me but I will drive past them and drive a little further to shop home depot - if this business honors the veterans than I will shop at home depot - i will not give my hard earned money to a company that does not honor their veterans - keep up the great job home depot!!!

I purchased five bag of mulch and top soil. When one of the associates in lawn and garden saw me trying to put the mulch in my cart, he stopped me and said let me help you with that and also loaded it in my car for me. I have been in other stores and couldn't even find anyone to help me much less offer to put the heavy merchandise in my car. I was truly pleased at their customer service.

I was very impressed with the guidance, assistance, and friendliness of Robert, the sales associate who helped me during my visit. He answered all of my questions, which included numerous areas from flooring to ceiling fans, with great knowledge. After he rung me out, he even carried my purchase to my car. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like Robert working for their company. Thank you so much for everything! Keep up the great work!
