It would be great if I could find someone to help in any department without having to play hide and seek for 20 minutes before hunting one down then usually they need to find someone in the department I need help in, then I leave it in Gods hands if anyone ever shows up to actually help. If not I'm on my own. But the Cashiers and the customer service desk people are always super great!

I visit many HD stores in my travels. and I always find the easiest layout and most knowledgeable clerks in Rochester, NH. I have never had a time where if the clerk was not sure, they took me personally around to find the item. The visit is always pleasant. The cashiers at either door are always smiling and greeting, even on the most miserable weather day. Visit there.... you will not be sorry./

Ordered items online, received an email very quickly that my items were ready for pick up. Quick pick up once at store, very helpful associates and the store is very clean.

Went to this Home Depot to get a smoking deal on a Vacuum. Went to pay for vacuum and the the teller told me she needed to open the packaging because the tape did seem prestine, I asked why cause she said "store policy" and if she didn't she would lose her job and nobody would like that! I asked how she would know if anything was missing? She never answered, I honestly think she was thinking I tashed something in there, then, kind of making me feel like a criminal. The it was funny cause I bought a 4 dollar tool bag which she never bothered to look in. I will bypass Rochester store and go to Somersworth from now on

The associates at my local home depot were great. A special thank you to an associate named Tony for not only helping with the loading of my purchase but also for walking me to my vehicle after hearing I was approached by some individuals looking for money in the parking lot. Both he and the manager Catie are a true example of what customer care really means. I will continue to shop at home depot and also tell others about their customer service. The entire visit from helping with answers about the product, helping with the purchase and the loading in my vehicle was great!

Store is very clean and organized. If you need help there is always someone around to help. And the sausage cart outside isn't shabby either. I like the location too, easy in easy out.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since I bought my home 3 years ago. They always have what I need and the prices and quality are comparable to most other places. I'll continue shopping here as long is it remains the same or improves.

I was looking for a specific cheap, white solar-powered light that was on the website. It wasn't there, so I settled for a black one of similar caliber.

The needed products were in stock and the help from the associate and check out personnel were very helpful.

Rochester Home Depot is always one of my first choices for quality and price when I'm looking for home project materials and equipment.

The store was very clean, friendly staff, easy to find what I needed.

I have been a Rochester Home Depot customer since 2012 when I moved into the area with my husband. I spent more time at this Home Depot than the grocery store for the first year because I needed to remodel my home to accommodate the future needs for my dear spouse who has Parkinson's Disease. I was able to use Home Depot for all of my home building needs... I bought new bathroom fixtures, sinks, tub, commodes, lighting, put in pergo and tile floors, purchased tools, lawn equipment, window shades (including the in home measure and install), decking and received help all along the way by friendly, knowledgeable associates. I even found amazing, unique orchids that lasted for months with their beautiful flowers. I took advantage of a Home Depot Project Loan to finance these big purchases and keep it affordable and doable! I have learned a lot. I look forward to each new home project that comes my way because I know I have the Rochester Home Depot to help me do it! LET'S DO THIS!

Home Depot is near where I live. Easy to find required stuff and staff is good in explanation of products.

Employee helpfulness is great...answered all questions with knowledge and if he could not answer a specific question he enlisted help from another associate in a specific dept. He showed much patience and offered other suggestions when I could not find exactly what I wanted, which turned out to be better than original idea! Store was clean..restrooms very clean also! I like that the aisles are wide and clear, and signs marked well for each aisle. I would not hesitate to return to the Rochester NH store again in the future.....I had a wonderful experience.

Great store! They always have more than I need. I only wish they were located closer to my home.

The first associate we approached told us that wasn't his department, you need to ask someone else, them proceeded to walk away, The next one seemed annoyed that we interrupted his conversation with his friends to ask for help. He was then sarcastic and rude, only checking to see if the item we wanted might be available after having to explain why we wanted a shorter door seal than the 7 ft they offered

Great store and I usually shop at another Home Depot.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Was greeted immediately at the door. Store had all products and services I wanted and more. Competitive price on name brand items. Overall exilent experience.

Management at this store couldn't care less about contractors

The staff even held items I was worried would be out of stock before I traveled there. Everyone is friendly and the store is so east to navigate.
