The product I wanted was easily ordered online and ready for pick-up at customer pick-up. Price was reasonable. The associate was friendly and professional. I like the store very much for convenient location, ready service and number of items in stock and easily accessible.

I have had great experience every time I needed something for my summer home at Rochester Store Every time I would be asked if I found everything I needed and if I could not find there was assistance when I needed Store and restroom are clean always clean when I visits

I have meet two very knowledgeable people at this store that hepeeh me a lot. One was Craig Snelson and the other was a plumber I wish I could remember his name.

I have a duplex in Rochester. They are always friendly and have everything I have gone looking for. I am very pleased with this store.

Store employees are always helpful and Curtis , enjoy shopping at this branch.

Beware that there are no carts in the store, you have to get one out of the parking lot, even in the rain.

I am remodeling a house I bought this year and have made Multi trips to Home Depot and each shopping trip has been easy peasy!!!!

ALWAYS helpful and ask me if I need help loading and unloading my pellets...I get 10 at a time --at 81 I can still do it but they kind-enough to always ask...

Store is well stocked, is clean and provides a pleasant place to shop. Best of all, the staff are friendly and helpful.

My son and husband laughingly let the store employees know it "makes my day" to roam around the store. I love looking at the displays, mentally have a "must buy" list always going, look for gifts for birthdays and Christmas. I am never bored at Home Depot in Rochester, NH. My visits are always too short...I could walk the aisles for hours.

I was looking for a new planner and they had three in stock it was a Dewalt Model 734 excellent for the DIY work excellent and very little sanding if any at all. The employees are great and the store was very clean and organize.

The reps here offer to help load my truck without prompting!

I have been in close to a hundred HD stores in ME,NH,VT,MA,RI,CT,NY,NJ,PA,MD,DE,NC,SC,GA,FL,CA,AZ,CO and other states. The Rochester, NH store is always clean and the employees all seem friendly and happy. I will definitely return. Thank you, Guys and keep up the good work!

My husband and I are renovating our bathroom and have the found the process very overwhelming. Many late evenings we have come to Home Depot for needed parts or to pick up an order . We have always found a helpful salesperson to direct us to where we need to go and found what we were looking for without too much trouble. We are grateful to the evening staff and their helpfulness.

I have always found the Rochester, NH location to be a very good location. Easy access, always consistent and eager to help out a person with disabilities.
