John at service desk was super helpful. This young man works hard. Andrew in lawn and garden also friendly and very helpful. Tristan and another young man (sorry didn't get his name)not sure of their departments but, they were also friendly and very helpful. I just greatly appreciate all four of these guys for their patients and their professionalism. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Vikki in appliances and Annete at the door is who you want to see when you come. There have been others who have been equally as kind and helpful. These two are standouts!

My lawnmower did not get delivered with a key so I couldn’t use it. I had to go back to the store to get the stinken key.The driver Ron was very helpful,he helped me get lawnmower in my shed for me

We have been taking care of several medical situations, therefore, when I realized my husband had seen one of the mowers at Home Depot, and talked about getting one, I decided to call when I was sitting in a Dr. office waiting room, and get it ordered. The process went very smooth. The box was waiting for me the following day and two of your young men helped to get it into our daughter's van. Thank you!

As a business owner and an engineer in Healthcare i value my time. Julie didn't... twice this desk let people cut in line the manger with all the cute tags on his apron didn't seem to care about my experiences either i do all the purchasing and will go to who values me and my time better

I bought a Gas Drier they going to deliver in few days. I am a 85 year old veteran registered, disappointed that did not received the 10% discount.

Lost my order assistant store mgr threatened me his attitude was I was a stupid woman and he offered me $50 I explained I used to work at the competition and I knew there was more he could do finally he did agree to deliver no charge the flooring associated were very helpful and followed up to get the flooring to Rockford unfortunately Home Depot won’t be my first choice when I need a special order

Bought new washer and dryer. Lady could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Don't recall her name but know she was called in. Delivered today and the 2 guys were great.

I’ve dealt with several other Home Depot stores, in several other states. Not one of those stores has been as nice and detailed as nick at the pro desk. He goes above and beyond and that’s exactly what I need. Nick should be training these other pro desk people at other stores. I’ve had maybe 5,000 Home Depot transactions in my life, I’m 40 and have decades more to spend at Home Depot. Nick is paving the way for me to keep coming back.

I was delighted to shop at the Rockford Home Depot recently and as I was searching, unsuccessfully, for the things I needed, I was greeted by a sweet boy with a big smile. Thank you CAVEN (I hope I’m spelling your name right) for being so helpful, so respectful, and so kind. Caven helped me find what I needed, helped me get it all checked out, and helped me load it into my car. I almost didn’t choose Home Depot because my prior experience was the exact opposite. It seemed employees couldn’t be bothered to help me. I kept being told “that’s not my job”, or “that’s not my department”. I told Caven I hope he’s there every time I come back! Good hire Home Depot! You’ll have my company’s business a bit longer because of Caven’s kindness.

Questions are answered or they get the answer quickly. Products are what we need and work well. Delivery is professional. Employees are exceptional. They know the product and will help me "navigate" my smart phone to help me. Friendly and helpful this store is awesome.

I have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so.

I purchased a product and asked an employee if they would price match it and he was able to adjust the price for me with ease. He was friendly and helpful. Product was in stock still even though a little outside of season, which was nice.

I asked for a cordless tool made by Ryobi. The employee accomodated my request just fine. When I asked to look at batteries I suddenly had two employees with me asking me what kind of tool I owned. You lost a tool sale that day.

I would re commend going somewhere else for flooring. They don't tell you that you need your own plumber to remove toilets etc. Plus they will not deliver inside your home and when the contracted installer comes the material must be inside your home for 72 hours. I had to take flooring inside my home by myself with a bad shoulder as the store associate did not show up even though I live right around the corner from my local store. Stillwaiting on stair nose that should have been here two days ago but UPS broke it in transit and is now on back order as it was not shipped with Superior the original delivery company. If your still following this find a professional.

I recently purchased a toilet and garbage disposal. Brad helped me and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went back on 7/15 after torrential rain and he and Scott helped me again with downspout needs.

I found a beautiful plant for half price. Always appreciate good prices and helpful staff.

Very helpful associates. Aisles were a little cluttered with pop-up displays making it hard to negotiate turns.

Waited for employee to open cabinet for power tools for half an hour. Other employees just said they couldn’t open it but didn’t bother to find someone that could. Then when the guy who could open the fence up showed up, he ignored the extra stuff I wanted to purchase. Terrible customer service.
