The store was clean and easy to get around. We have found most if not all the products we were looking for . The associates are friendly and helpful. Returns are easy and we have never had any problems when we needed to return purchases.

Richard in the paint department is the best. We had many employees talk to us during this visit. Annette a cashier was friendly helpful and a joy to talk with.

No matter what department your in, there is always an associate to help with your needs. If even if they don't know, they make sure someone does. Kudos to Rockford # 1928 and the associates.

I have shopped this store on many occasions . Whether I was picking out countertops, paint, or tile, everyone that I received help from was knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and organized. Plenty of stock on hand. It makes DIY project less stressful.

Excellent customer service. My wife and I visited the store to exchange a mower we had purchased there that was not running correctly. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. The store manager helped us himself to pick out a new mower and even loaded it into our truck. Thanks again.
