I felt unappreciated as a customer in this store. It was not very clean and easy to shop. Other area Home Depot stores are cleaner and the associates are friendlier.

I generally find Home Depot to be a very positive experience. Since I retired and started doing many home projects, I'm at the local Home Depot 3 to 4 days a week. I hardly ever run into an out-of-stock situation. I always find the employees to be friendly and as helpful as they can be.

I always have a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot. I find all my needs for my home and also things that I wasn’t even looking for. I like the wide verity of products. My husband and I can spend a couple of hours walking around. We love it.

I went into the store needing help. Joyce was amazing ! She jumped right in to help me, all the while acknowledging fellow employees and other guests! She solved my problem in minutes! A FANTASTIC Home Depot experience!!

went in to buy 20gals of paint was in and out in less than 10 minutes all with the help from the associate in the paint department

Laura and David in the garden department went out of their way to find the products I needed and load items into my car, customer service skills exceptional.

Never anyone around to help. Poorly managed, in fact in the 15 years or so Ive been going there as a contractor, Ive never seen a manager anywhere. In my opinion, they should have to walk the store during their shifts so they can see first hand what type of service is being provided and what shape the store is in. Almost every time I go there, whatever I need is inevitably empty on the shelf, and then I have to play "find the employee" till someone can get it down for me or tell me if its even in stock. "Pro Desk" is a joke too.

It’s always well stocked and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees know where everything is there fairly knowledgabke compared to most home improvement stores. And they do a great job of jeeping the shelves stocked

i was making a purchase and my Credit Card was declined so I paid cash , I then went outside and called the cc company and realized the card was not yet activated . I got it activated and went back inside and talked to Pam (supervisor ) she immediately took me to the other regiter and did a return and then rang my purchase using the credit card . easiest transaction ever . Thanks to Pam for her quick response . SHe is awesome .

In the last year or so I've noticed that service has greatly improved. It was never bad as I always received help when I asked but the employees are much more proactive now.

If you are purchasing carpet definitely stop by when Bobby is working! The service he provides well exceeded my expectation! He is a very caring person, that will educate you on the products AND clearly stands out with the service he provides! Thank you Bobby, it was a true pleasure working with you on my purchase.

I have shopped at this Home Depot store for many years and always had excellent service and assistance.

Would give it zero starts if I could. Complete waste of time going into this store. Good luck finding someone if you need something, and then that person will not be knowledgable about products. And FORGET it if you need to get someone on the phone.

I consistently have issues with this store. Its the closest to me and I am a contractor, so I go here at least 3x per week. Stopped in this last time just to order a optional part for an Anderson Slider, and the employee working Door & Window was new and had no idea what he was doing. He tried to help but gave up way too easily and took my info to call me the next day? I needed to place the order then, I needed the part ASAP. So when he gave up, I asked him to go back into the computer and I literally showed him how to find what I needed on their system, I had to walk him through it! Then, the receipt didnt seem to give a good description and I wanted to be sure I was ordering the right part, but he couldnt figure that out either. Finally, I had my card out to pay and he told me to pay up front, when there was a credit card machine right in front of him that I have used many many time in the past. But he claimed that it wasnt working, when I could see that it was on and working. So I had to go up front and wait in line again!! I blame most of the issues with this place on management. They are never around or walking the store to see how the employees are doing, they never have enough employees on, and they put employees in positions such as this when they are clearly not trained to be there!

I'm working on a few projects at home and really need help, since this is Not what I do for a living. For each project, I've asked for help and found enthusiastic employees at Home Depot in Rockland, MAss. It's easy to get lost and overlooked in stores this size, but not here. Each time I've needed advice or assistance, I got it! Terrific, well-trained, polite and professional employees make a difference here! Thank you Neil Wood Nantasket Beach, MA

I am a general contractor and finish carpenter that lives and works around this store. So I am in this store typically at least 3x per week. I almost never leave this store without being angry or annoyed! It always comes down to the same things typically, no one around to help me, item(s) I needed were not in stock, place is messy and disorganized, cant find carts, etc etc. Its to the point that its become a big joke with my family and friends because I always have a story of another bad trip to Home Depot. Theres one woman at the service desk as well that consistently rude and has an attitude. Its clear its just her perosonality, but if that is the case, she should be at this desk, stick her somewhere that she doesnt have to deal with customers as much or at all.

Purchased a Toro snowblower but was not given manual, oil, or keys at time of purchase. Store employee not helpful and when I returned to get the parts he was quite rude. Wanted to get a maintenance kit that would have made me eligible for an extended warranty but they did not have in store

even though it had a different layout from what they had before, everything was generally easy to find. The morale of the employee is excellent and I would definately keep going to this store again

My appliance order: The HD people commented that the logistics people messed up but the logistics people stated that their paperwork only had 2 items, not the 4 items that my invoice states. They did deliver the 2 items they had paperwork for. I'll get the install items I need one way or another. Invoice #H2650-60875.

The employees are very pleasant to deal with and they where everything is in the store whether it’s their department or not - it was a pleasure shopping there and I will return for all of my home emprovement needs

I wish i got his name , A older gentleman was working at the paint dept. He is from Florida and spends his summers in Mass. He was very helpful in showing me the difference in indoor wall paint and out door Door paint and all my materials i would need. Very helpful gentleman , The store was very clean the associates were very friendly and helpful , I did get the assistance that i needed
