This is my Home Away from Home. After working with THD for 8 years. I come here with mixed emotions. Thanks for making my little life happy.

Loving my new Shark Vacuum that I purchased this new year!!

I've been going to this HD since it was built and they've always had friendly and helpful staff. It's a relatively small scope but they keep a pretty good selection of products on hand.

Employee stop ask if needed help ,I was looking for a frost free valve . Told him mine was leaking . He mention he had some rebuild parts. It would save a lot of money and time . I appreciated that , to remove and solder a new one in being there is not a lot of space .

For several years now I have been buying bags of pea-gravel for filling uneven land and path-building. I always needed help loading the sometimes 12-bags @ 40 lbs, which always was given with good cheer. Over time I have enjoyed the brief chats with people at the register and providing assistance in the various departments, and consider them 'good neighbors' in every way.

Under stocked, discontinued items that we count on. Been with this store since it opened . Great employees ! Shopping less and less there and going you know where.

We are updating our 3rd house and have bought everything from drywall to appliances. Your store always treats us very well.

Person on the service desk was helpful. Home Depot not allowing my Military Discount, not so much..

We have been shopping here for the last 2 1/2 years and during every visit I have never had an issue with finding a knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. It makes a big difference to be able to find what I need and not be made to feel like I am imposing on someone when I ask a question.

I bought 1/2" insulation board the other day but was charged for 2", a difference of abot$50 per sheet. Returns said they only had 2" in their fileafter going to returns to remove the item, the returns person carted the material back to the site and verified the price I stated and copied it, then returned to checkout with me and the necessary info to help the checkout guy process

I “ll look for the item I”m looking for if I can’t find it or I need to ask a question the representative will let me know the location or will show me where to find it, which I don’t mind as I usually find something else to pick up any how.

When I got to the department I needed was immediately greeted by an employee, think his name was Dale, who immediately took me to the window shades and asking me the measurements, proceeded to cut them for me. Very courteous and helpful young man.

I have bought a variety of products for both home maintenance and landscaping over the past year and found the associates both knowledgeable and helpful. Good availability of product in store as well. I use the Home Depot store specific app and find it a timesaver as well.

Bought heavier items and no loading help.

I had to return something and pick up something at the courtesy desk. Ver pleasant individual. I used self check out but was greeted by someone who also said thank you when I had finished

Always well stocked, employees very helpful & knowledgeable...... and when there is a problem, always make an effort to solve it.

Sweet basil and some beautiful flowers for the window boxes. Everyone was helpful figuring out what to buy to make it easy.

The employees at Rockland Home Depot go out of their way to make sure that they help their customers with their needs as well as having a great attitude about their work! Would definitely recommend going to this Home Depot!

Refrigerators were on sale and the sales person, Sharon was helpful, low key and thanked me for the purchase, as in “thank you for returning and buying here.”

Great experience at the store today. Professional staff, terrific instructional guidance and above all, patience and respect.

Robbie the employee took the time to search out what I was looking for, using a tall ladder and opening up cartons way above our heads to find what O was searching for.

I found what I was going to buy on .com but chaper.

I always appreciate coming into the Eockland location. Everyone is always helpful and the store is easy to go in, shop and checkout quick. Bruce is awesome....always happy to see us and will always make sure that we find what we need.

If you go to the Rockland store give the cashier REBECA a shout out and a thumbs up. As she helped me,,cell phone challenged set up my military accont on my phone
