The store is well organized, if you pay attention, and associates are close at hand to answer questions or take you directly to the aisle where you may locate your item. Shopping at the Rockland Home Depot is always a pleasant experience knowing that I will come out with more than what is on my shopping list. Good Job.

This store is very well managed and it shows in the good attitude of the sales staff. I shop there frequently and have always found the sales staff ready to go to the extra effort to make sure I have the things I need .

We have had many meetings with both Shirley and Mike. They have been both been a tremendous help to us figuring out our needs for windows and a new kitchen! Thank you both!

The associate's were very concerned with safety as they were getting my cabinets down from the steel and were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized.

Called Rockland Home Depot to notify I wanted a matching price on wood pellets just viewed at Walmart in Thomaston. Female associate affirmed the matching price and I told her I would stop in the Rockland store to complete the order for 10 tons of wood pellets. When I got to the store the associates at the service desk denied my request for the matching price. The manager was contacted twice and finally came and gave me the price I requested BUT HAD THE DELIVERY CHARGE OF $65 INCLUDED IN MY BILL. Home Depot usually advertises free delivery on large orders.

The store is close to my job site, I know where everything is but if I need help there is a associate nearby who will help or find someone who can help.

Always able to find help. Management team goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend Home Depot, and recommend the team at the Rockland Maine store even more!

I had to return a faucet that was not working well after 3 months from the date of purchase. I talked to Nicholas, the store manager, who could not be more nice, kind and helpful. He tried to help me in any way and, finally, he did replace my faucet. It's very pleasant to see such a kind and helpful people in a store!

Best place to shop for any home project big or small.

The people that work in the paint department are awesome. I was having difficulty matching a color of old deck stain. They found the color and had me laughing in no time. The color was perfect and my deck looks great.

My experience has generally been very good. You feel that it is a privilege to have knowledgeable store personnel that are older and often retired from the trade that they are helping you with. It has been a pleasure to consult with these people.

This Rockland, Maine location is INCREDIBLE. Usually I HATE going to my regular HomeDepot but this store and it's staff is a beacon of professionalism. Use this store and it's Staff to teach all the other HomeDepots (especially the ones in Orlando, Florida)how to give people a positive, helpful and enjoyable visit to Home Depot!! This location is tops in my book!!

From start to finish our experience at the Home Depot in Rockland, ME was superlative. The selection, the availability, the knowledge base and friendliness of the Sales Staff was outstanding. Like nothing we have experienced in any store. There was a level of attention to detail with the service that was really impressive. Glad we walked out of the local competitor and into this store!

I live in Orlando, Florida and the service here is nonexistent. The staff is rude, unknowledgeable and will just walk away if they can't answer or just don't want to answer you. However, the Staff in Maine, was incredibly polite, allowed you to ask questions, knew everything about everything. The store is immaculately clean and organized. Not one Staff member ever walked by without asking if you needed assistance and they weren't pushy about their presence.

This is apparently one of the smallest Home Depots in Maine. Given that, only the sure sellers get stocked. That having been said, the selection process was an effective one, for the most part. I must admit that an essential was missing for me today, but should be in soon. There are some store policies that are chain-wide and a little unfortunate. We live in an age where customer service goes over the top in comical ways. At least, there is freedom at this store for the associates to back off if a customer is clearly trying to think something trough and just not interested in an interruption. Almost as though to make up for this, there are some stunningly experienced and intelligent staff available who have completely changed my hopes and prospects for the projects I've been forced into. I've gone from look at this as drudgery to looking forward to this. That is quite a gift. The place shines where the staff are allowed to be intelligent and not be restricted by check-boxed to-do lists and actually creatively and effectively solve problems. What you may not find in stock is made up for by the fact that there is the freedom here to do real problem-solving and get sage advice doing it.

Every time I visit this store I am prepared. I know what I am looking for and where it is..I have been shopping here for over 10 years and still prefer it over other box stores which are closer to my house!!

Jason from Lighting/electronic was a very helpful and polite Personal Shopper. I think Home Depot should consider having this service available all the time. It made it so much easier to find my list of itiems and complete my shopping in about half the time it usually takes me. Thank you.

Hans at the Rockland Me store went above and beyond! I looked up a product at Homedepot.com and the item was not instock at local store, so i saw that this store showed 2 instock. to make sure i called first and got Hans on the phone (it is a 70 mile drive) he walked to the item, carried it to customer service and put my name on it! perfect!

So easy! Order was ready quickly and the associate who assisted me could not have been nicer or more efficient! I will use this service again for sure.

If shopping can be fun, this is a store in which to shop. Brightly lit , easy to get around and store associates available should you need them. Living on an island and not getting off frequently, Home Depot is an oasis for the home gardener. I enjoy their selection and take something home each trip. Good job.

I had the best experience ever in a Store. I came in to get help with a store credit and a new purchase. I was greeted by the store Manager Ken that listened and immediately gave me the best credit for a previously returned purchase. NO HASSLE JUST HELPFUL!! Not only did I receive a fair credit it was above and Beyond my expectations. Then to top everything else Ken came to deliver my new purchase at no charge on his way home from work the same day and picked up the defective product on his own time. WOW NOW THAT'S TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU KEN
