Attempted return of 1 x $11 item on debit card linked to my bank account. Because it wasn't the debit card OF the transaction I was informed I would have to bring the correct debit card or take store credit. When pressing them for a simple cash return, I was told store credit or bring the debit card back - in an agitated state now by 2 associates. I had 2x online orders to return as well. The associate was so agitated that she walked to another register to process the returns, did not speak to me again and pushed the refund receipt to me. I left confused on why I couldn't get $11 cash back, and why I was treated like I was an inconvenience to the store clerk.

Took me a hour to return and reorder a item online. Things are never in stock and store is always a mess. Not sure I will be going back to this store. Worst depot ever!

Workers was very helpful !

I asked for assistance with a lawn mower selection. The staff was superb in making suggestions and assisting me throughout the process.

You have to go all the way to the Contractor door to get checked out by an associate

I purchased two appliances but the order was canceled on the day of delivery. I took my receipt out to the store and I can say this location has an excellent staff! They helped me to get the problem resolved and also gave me a discount on my products. I love this kind of service.

Never have any cashiers or any workers willing to help without attitude.

What has happened to Home Depot Personnel is very lazy spend more time talking to each other than helping customers things are out of stock and we don’t get no help to find them all they say whatever is out there that’s all we have when I know they always have more somewhere

Although the store was very busy they were still fast and friendly.

It’s truly the employees that differentiate one store from another, and the Home Depot in Rockwall Texas is the place to go for the best experience.

Great experience all the way around. I’m a crafter and kind of a pain. I need a lot of specific cuts on lumber, special paints mixed, special tools. All of which was met with eagerness to help and kind words. The cashier, Sofia, topped it off by being super friendly and sweet at check out. This Home Depot is what a Home Depot should be!!!

I needed two different sizes of air filters, while standing there the department manager appeared and highlighted the ones an sale and assisted with sizes I needed.

Went to find paint for a project I'm doing for Christmas. Erin in the paint department was extremely helpful with ideas I had not thought of. And the paint colors came out beautifully.

Absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever been to.

On-phone customer service is awful. I tried to resolve an issue by phone and was put on hold, transferred, hung up on, put on hold again for 1/2 hour.

The friendliest people in town.

Twana again is the reason I continue to go back to Home Depot Rockwall... she assisted me back in November for a Christmas Tree... and today on some Hess Evap Cooler Fans! She is prompt... courteous and relentless in making sure the customer is taken care of! Thank you Twana for being you each day and representing Home Depot in a manner that is awesome! Bonus today... ended up buying a Traeger Grill!

Excellent customer service

In the pressure to find space for newly arrived merchandise, get ready for cluttered isles and difficulty shopping for items on display both indoors and outdoors. Springtime merchandise has pushed boxes and boxes of merchandise into the aisles because there is no more room on the shelves. Weekend crowds have emptied some of the shelves and restocking is lacking in several departments. You can even find damaged or broken equipment for sale at the same price as undamaged equipment. The resulting effect diminishes Home Depot's usual efforts for the DIY customer.

I wanna give a special thanks to a cashier that was working May 12 at 5:34 PM, I don't know her name but that's when she was working, I left my wallet at the register and did not realize till long after I left, she held onto it and knew exactly who was when I walked in, please give her a gift card or something, I was in a panic on my dads birthday and anyone could have stolen it, so please tell her thank you

You need more qualified help. Your staff need better pay.

I love this store. There is always somebody that you can go to for help. The staff is very nice and helpful.
