I was in the middle of a kitchen refresh and really wanted new cabinets but thought they would be way out of my budget. I made an appt with a designer at Home Depot, Sherrie, and she was so lovely to work with. She explained my options, helped me create a layout, and I'm so happy with what we chose!

Went to get contractor load of garden products for delivery. Garden lady cashier helpful, customer service man about 45 with brown hair and glasses was competent, quick and friendly. Very much customer service pro! Got everything I needed quick and painless. Chose this store above Friedman's after horrendous service

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Quick and easy returns. Easy to find what your looking for, and to find things you didn't know you wanted or needed but once you see, you know you have to have!

What I bought has to be shipped to your store so I can then pick it up.

the customer service is terrible. I should not have to check myself out when shopping, especially when the system is not working properly.

Shopping at the joke depot has been harder and harder, the employees have no knowledge besides a gentleman at the paint department, he is great. No one knows where anything is and anytime you ask for help it’s a hassle for them like if it’s not literally their job. I always have to take one of my employees with me because I can never find someone to help me load anything, the last time I went alone another shopper that was walking by actually helped me load. Customer service is completely gone at Home Depot, seriously considering trying out lows

I have shopped in many HD stores and find the Rohnert Park store to be the best store of all Clean, well stocked with friendly staff

I am not a fam of what i call parking lot lizards that are pushing their fruit and trying to collect money for their religious causes

The self-checkout is a complete waste of time. I have yet to go through the self-checkout and not have to have someone help me and it typically takes additional help from a supervisor to get the item to ring up correctly or to get the advertised price. I find myself constantly having to take pictures of the sale price or show them the price on the app to make sure that I am not over charged. This is a constant. Bring back the regular cashiers that know what they are doing because they are familiar with the sales items and can make the changes before, I see the issue. While the staff that assisted me was helpful, it would be nice to have people that have any knowledge of what they are selling. Like I said previously, the staff that assisted me were helpful to an extent, but to actually find something you basically need to get the supervisor or the store manager.

Same old story, since Lee retired the electrical department sucks like many of them do. Missing everyday stuff and no one around to help find it! Staff is unfriendly as well. I don't remember anyone greeting me or saying thank you.

I bought a gas stove at the Rohnert Park Home Depot on Saturday, January 18th. Patty, the Sales Associate, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The store is organized and the people there are helpful.

The experience was great with the help. Just wish they were a little bit more organized and put together so they could be more time. Considerate appreciate all trades, knowledge, and Home Depot.

Jacquo was a great help! I needed a certain kind of drain pipe and Jacques helped make sure I had the right one, and helped to loaded it in my cart to car.

Went into the RP Home Depot on black Friday. It was fairly busy and the item i was looking for happened to be in an aisle that was temporarily closed while they restocked inventory. The sweet woman manning the little gate checked with the other employee on the forklift and he said he was done and it was OK to let us in. Once in the area we needed the gentleman on the forklift let us know that what we were looking for was still in the boxes he had just brought in..he could have told us to come back when they were stocked on the shelves but instead he was super helpful and opened the box right up and handed us one. The first employee brought the item up front for us as we had more shopping to do. Never once did they make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them on a busy day. Great experience!

Really hard I guess to keep employees because they always seem short handed. You’d think that now they have so much self checkout they could have more on the floor. I bought a couple of their screw packs and that won’t happen again.

I have shopped at this store numerous times and whenever I needed assistance someone was always extremely helpful.

Three employees were taking an unscheduled break in the shade on a Saturday afternoon ...I had to break them up to get some help, but once I did they responded professionally.

Out of about 7 different Home Depot stores I have been to this is by far the best one.

This store always has helpful employees and good service. It is very much appreciated.

While struggling to get my Veteran's discount at the self-checkout stand, the young lady working there was more than helpful. Not only that but she taught me some new things about my cell phone.

I’m a property manager and maintenance dude. Home Depot usually has whatever I need to fix whatever needs fixing. I’m used to a variety of personalities working there and I’ve never met anybody that I can’t stand being around. That’s all I have right now, except that I’m nicer in cool weather.

I was taken back by the customer service given by Missy today, she stopped and took the time to say hello and make sure I was getting all the items I was looking for. She said something worthy of repeating so I will hear. She said she treats each customer how she would want her parents treated if they came in to shop and someone else was helping them. It’s as simple as that she added. I just thought that’s admirable.
