the sales person was right on it. got my questions answered and i bought a floor model washing machine in record time- at a great price.

Went to a competitor that was near first, stood around, searched for an associate just to be told it was out of stock. Went to home depot, sales associate approached me and within secconds i had what i was looking for, self checkout and i was out the door, great experience, then again i should've gone to home depot in the first place

I was met and greeted by an associate who stopped what she was doing just to assist me.

This Place Rocks my socks off every time I walk through the door. I need to wear combat boots just to shop here. The staff is always ready and waiting, I enjoy their eager spirit to help me with my needs. I wish I could spend more time here just to find out everything they have but duty calls, speaking of... I got to go now. Thanks for everything Rohnert Park Home Depot, you guys Rock My Socks!!!

In comparison to other Home Depot Stores - the actual inventory in this store is outstanding. My only issue was one of the Associates - when we asked if we could have help - said he was currently on his lunch break - 'his time' as he put it. I do understand this concept - but the lack of assistance after the fact, i.e. he didn't even TRY to find someone else was really just testament to my basic issue with Home Depot in general - there is never anyone around when you need them and they really don't go beyond their basic assistance guidance. However, for Home Depot - this store was really a very good experience as where I'm from - Silicon Valley - you can't ever find what you need when it comes to things like tile.

Bobby could not have been more helpful in assisting me. I bought several windows and doors and he was so patient and knowledgeable. It was my best Home Depot experience ever!

It is so nice to be able to visit a hardware store late at night and have the employees bend over backward to help me and find everything I needed except a 42" door. Thanks!

I came in because you had the moen faucet that I liked and I originally found it online. As soon as I entered the store I asked an associate where the restrooms were located, for my 11 year old., they were super friendly and helpful and showed us exactly where to go.. Then we went right to the faucet area and found the Moen faucet I was looking for. Also upon going to the check out we found the sticky felt pads for the couch, Bonus......... Thanks for always having what we need...... Theresa

Employee Mark Warner was friendly and quick to help me get in and out! No hassles and extremely knowledgeable!

An older sales associate was very helpful when we were looking for a washing machine. He was not pushy but gave us great information ; suggested I use the in store kiosk. We did purchase a LG washer from him. When I returned later that week for something else he remembered me and made me feel very comfortable. That sort of customer service seems to have gone by the wayside recently . Because of this associate we will return to the Rohnert Park store for all our needs even though a similar store is closer to our home.

Associates very helpful and accommodating in the garden department. There was hardly anyone there, so I zipped in and zipped out.

Dave at the Pro Desk handled my requests and purchase quickly and in a very helpful manner. He totally knew what he was doing and since I own a construction business I appreciate excellent help because it makes my job so much easier.

The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly.

Generally this has been a great experience but not this time. 6-22-2015 (Monday) – Got an estimate for materials for the deck. I asked if they could deliver and they said it shouldn’t be a problem. I explained that there was a switchback that a long truck would have to deal with but I looked at their truck and it should be fine without the forklift. I thought they could drop the forklift where Aberdeen starts and the truck would be OK coming up. They said that should work. At that time I said I could rent a truck if they felt it would be a problem but they said it shouldn’t be any issue and they could be the material up there. 6-24-2015 (Wednesday) – placed the order for the deck materials. I was told the Trex had a 2 day lead time and the 4 X 8’s had a 5 day lead time. 7-1-2015 (Wednesday) – Home Depot said the 4 X 8’s were in but the Trex wasn’t. I asked if they could deliver the other material so I could go ahead and start with the foundation and they could deliver the Trex later. I offered to pay for 2 deliveries but they said they would waive the delivery since the Trex wasn’t ready when they said it would be. They were scheduling delivery for tomorrow. I explained about the road and the need for a shorter truck and they said it shouldn’t be an issue. 7-2-2015 (Thursday) – No delivery – no call – nothing. 7-3-2015 (Friday) – Went to home depot and spent an hour trying to find out why I didn’t get my delivery. No one knew why. Tried to get them to delivery that day (Friday) but they said their truck was all booked but they could deliver on Saturday. Great I had both my son-in-laws ready to work with me on the three day holiday and one day was already gone. They also said the Trex would not be there until Monday because they didn’t have a truck to put it on and it was a holiday. 7-4-2015 (Saturday) Got a call from the delivery guy who was making sure I was home. I explained about the road and that they would need to drop the forklift about 400 ft down the road so the truck could get around the switchback. I was told they would not do that – the forklift had to remain with the truck at all times. They said they would talk to the Pro desk and work out something. They ended up bringing it up in 2 loads. By then it was well after noon so there went another day. 7-9-2015 (Thursday) Went down to Home Depot to see what was happening with the Trex order. I was told it wasn’t going to ship out until the next Monday!!! The Pro desk asked them to try to get it on a truck for Friday. They said they would call us back and let us know if they could. The Regional Manager (?) happened to be there and he said could Home Depot just sent their own truck up and get the Trex so I would have it on Friday. They called back about them and said they would get it on a truck to Home Depot at 7 AM. The Regional said Home Depot would load their truck and it would be up Friday. I explained about the road and the problems I had with the delivery last time. He said they would use the Pro truck with the rack and get it to me tomorrow even if it took 3 or 4 trips. 7-10-2015 (Friday) Got a call about 10 asking if I could wait for delivery until tomorrow. I told him I would like to get it today but if they can’t then they need to assure me that it would be delivered early on Saturday. He said he would try to get it for today and would call me back. I waited several hours and never heard back so I called Home Depot. He said he was trying to get it on a truck but it might not make it until Saturday at 8 AM. He would let me know. Well, nothing showed up and I never heard anything so I am assuming it will be here tomorrow at 8 AM. If it isn’t I am going to be very upset. 7-11-2015 (Saturday) Finally, after two weeks I got my Trex.

Always have what I am looking for. Always fun to shop.

I find most things at HomeDepot and know the store layout. The main thing I do not like are the isles cluttered with items for sale making it difficult to cart around.

Home Depot usually meets my needs, but over the years the aisles have gotten so cluttered with stuff for sale that I have started shopping at other building supply stores.

Our Rohnert Park Store has some of the nicest Employees around, lots of hand shakes and warm hugs, but most of all they are around from the beginning when I enter the store to my exit...

I bought a Refrigerator/Freezer with such ease. It was a fun experience and then I checked out the Garden Dept. and found it much improved. I found many perennials that I had not found at other stores. The prices were the lowest I have found in my area. What a great shopping day at Home Depot!!

Each department I visited had helpful employees that went out of their way to see if we needed help before we even asked!! We purchased a new washer and dryer without hesitation!

The guys (no sexism intended) who helped us rocked. They were intelligent, willing, helpful etc. They looked up information, responded intelligently, went out of their way. They rocked.

We had the most amazing experience today shopping for a solar attic fan and a whole house fan at the Rohnert Park Home Depot. The two associates who helped us were knowledgeable, interested, willing, and fun. Its been a long time since we had an experience like this at Home Depot. The cashier who helped us check out in the self serve check out (yes, we did not quite accomplish that on our own) was kind and patient. Thrilled beyond words. Keep up the good work.. How refreshing..

My time shopping at Home Depot was excellent especially because I was attended by the associate named Victor. He's very helpful in anyway possible and goes above to make sure you find what you're looking for.

I used the Garden department today and was given exceptional service! Cece helped me choose the soil products that I needed! Tara helped load everything for me! Ivo checked me out and helped me when I used the wrong card! Tara helped me to my car and she and Mark helped to protect my backseats (leather) before they loaded everything in! They all were friendly, helpful, and just plain NICE! I had a wonderful experience today! I will return and I will recommend your store at every opportunity! Thanks so much! Love, Diana

The associate helped me to check out, I had a lot of large items that would have been awkward to pick up and scan. I really appreciated that.
