Great store, employees, and shopping experience!

My experience for my purchase of washer and dryer was so nice. From Mr. Farr escorting me to the appliance department to the sales associate Monique aiding me in my decision, I was able to make a purchase in Rome for a delivery in Atlanta. So nice to have kind people help you.

I was able to find the products needed to help me complete my project, at an excellent price!

The former customer service rep was Little Stephanie. The new one is just as sweet and also young, but. I can't recall her name. I believe it starts with an S. No tattoos or body piercing other than maybe an earring. A much better look and is more professional. Can you imagine Arthur or Bernie showing up with a tattoo or earring?

I came in today for some wooden dowels for my color guard’s flags and Shawn greeted me at the door and was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for! Everyone at this location is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

I want to say much material i saw yesterday that was damaged and 3rd quality was stacked on top of new material as if to be consumed at full over inflated price as good material

Philip in Appliances is amazing

I purchased several items today. One being a battery which if you returned your old battery you got a refund. I also purchased 12 items on clearance and they did not ring up as clearance items. Two exceptional employees, Tara and Marty, helped me with all of my needs with my complicated checkout. They were very kind, patient and made me feel like a valued customer. You don’t see amazing customer service much anymore but, Tara And Marty deserve some recognition for their over the top customer service! Great job ladies, I appreciate both of you!

This is a great store, with a great store manager, who is very visible, and extremely helpful in every way. He exemplifies the slogan-" Service with a Smile".

Mr. Bill is always very knowledgeable and eager to help whenever we may need it! He always has a huge smile on his face and acknowledges everyone in the store. Bill’s personality, store/product knowledge, and overall attitude is one of the main reasons we keep returning to this location.

Donna is by far the most genuine and friendliest person it’s Home Depot. It is always a pleasure to see her and she is very helpful!

Went to the tool rental department and explained the project I was working on and what I needed., They rented me equipment and accessories only to find out once I got home. It was the incorrect equipment and did not work. Upon returning the equipment, I was offered no apology or solutions.

From the moment I walked in, the service was awesome.

The Home Depot uses third-party installers for their appliance sales. The vendor, Temco, is inept, unresponsive, dishonest and lazy. The Home Depot does not stand behind their installers and exercises no supervision over them. If you buy an appliance from The Home Depot, better figure out at way to install it yourself or hire your own installer.

Can’t wait for my new windows to come and be installed!

Have bought many products for my home improvement project from Home Depot and have been satisfied with the the walk-in-shower, life proof vinyl flooring and electrical needs.

Jamie was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. I had a very unpleasant experience at another store earlier in the day. Jamie's kindess and service was refreshing and restored my confidence in Home Depot.
