Black Friday morning. What a great experience. We were let into the entrance to stay warm waiting for the store to open. We were also asked if we wanted hot coffee & donuts. No other store this morning made me feel welcome and happy to be there. There was employees waiting at every aisle to help find the great deals. In and out in 1/2 hour. Made my day!

lack of available associates on the floor to assist with product selection. lack of cashiers (if Home Depot to become all "self serve", prices should reflect the same. i.e., fewer employees, lower overhead, therefore, price adjustments to reflect the same??.)

The employees (2) of them recognized my husband from his police work and complemented him on advice he had given them. He was happy to hear what they had to say.

Ed in plumbing was so helpful, I was able to repair my girlfriends kitchen sink all by myself. Thanks Ed. You rock!!!!!!!

So I stopped in today to get air filters. Picked up a 3 pack for under $10. Walk to self check out. As I finished I went to put the 3 pack of 16 x 25 x 1 filters into a normal shopping bag. So I started to walk out and stopped to ask the cashier is this ok? She laughed and said that I changed her mood today. Made me feel good. Thank you to the woman who was working the self checkout today. Made my day also. Mike H.

Much like other home improvement stores in the area, this place will suit your needs just fine and is a bit closer for me than Lowes. Never any issues with this area.

The prices here vs Lowe's and Menard's are significantly higher on I would say over 50% of all items I have shopped for doing a home remodel recently. I will drive out of the way to either store vs here, which is SO conveniently located to me. I would suggest being more competitive.

I had a problem finding my "L" brackets but an associate stopped what he was doing to help me find what I was looking for. I was in a hurry to get what I needed. i was very greatful.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN ,NEAT AND CLARK WAS ON POINT WHAT ITEMS INSIDE ALES .

Customer service in the garden department was non existent today. I was not helped with the products that I wanted that were too heavy for me to lift. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, and then paid another customer to load products for me. Had them call a manager for me, this took about 20 more minutes. He did not treat me much better than the workers under his supervision. All in all it was a very negative experience. I would like to think that this is NOT the BEST that Home Depot can do, but am very hesitant to even think about going back. I think that someone should be available to help disabled customers. I do not mind waiting my turn, but help was NOT to be found.

I shop here quite often and am always pleased with the service.

The store was clean and well-stocked. The lighting is adequate and associates are readily available if needed.
