Love the ease and convenience of renting trucks for local community as well as Penske Trucks

Customer service is very good, as is selection, but the locks on your power tool cages have to be addressed. I've seen multiple employees try to re-lock the cages after getting our a power tool for me as well as other customers. They struggle every time. It looks like the pad locks have to be lined up from the inside of the cage. This is a poor design that needs work. Help your customers by helping your employees.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years and have never had any issue that wasn't resolved.

I needed paint and essentials. Salesman, pleasantly, helped me find everything I needed! Cashier was very helpful during checkout!

This store has been hiring more team members and the team members are friendly and knowledgeable

We went in to purchase items for finishing bathroom remodel and had keys made for a new door lock. Lindsay had a few people to help before us but was very nice throughout each customer.

Home Depot lost my business over $95 after I paid over 5,000 for cabinets because they tried to charge me an extra $95 to have the countered measured so they said I’m not paying for it and I said me neither so I canceled and the managers Kelli and Patrick didn’t treat me as a valued customer.

I buy all my Ridgid tools and I get most of my wood there also.

The customer service at this location was hands down the BEST we have encountered at ANY retail store in years! We entered the store with a problem and complaint (from an online shopping experience) and not only was it resolved they did so quickly and with a smile! Each of the three store associates we encountered on our trip were professional, courteous and helpful! HIGHLY recommend shopping this location for all of your home needs!

Phone calls go unanswered. No communication to notify me that my online order had arrived. Staff, themselves, are friendly and as helpful as could be expected.

The home depot did an awesome job finding me a furnace & installing my new furnace

Becky was exceptional and very helpful in assisting us find a new refrigerator.

I tried to complete a purchase but was not able to and when asked for management to assist she was extremely rude and wouldn't even listen to me worst thing is I had the person with me go in and comple the same purchase and he is a man and had not one issue. But I did this makes no sense!! I will not return!!

If you’re shopping for a new stove, go see Becky in appliances. She was an outstanding help— patient with our (many) questions, not pushy at all, professional, and so knowledgeable! Really made buying our new stove a joy!

Customer Service has not customer service skill or ambition. Orders get cancelled, no help to figure out why or the remedy. Good riddance.

During a major home renovation, have found that Home Depot associates provided the best assistance and knowledge with the multiple projects that we had. Also able to take advantage of the many specials that occurred during the whole renovation. Know better now not to run around town looking for help and pricing, just stop in to Home Depot.

Went into the store after work11/10/22 @ 430 pm, looking for a specific Behr stain for our deck. The paint staff gentleman was super helpful and he determined the product I needed was out. He called his supervisor, Todd to help because he knew there was 2 delivery trucks out back that had not been unloaded yet. Todd spoke with me and then ventured out back to “wade” thru product on the truck for my product. He came back to the paint dept with stain in hand!!!! I was so impressed with his willingness to help me, I wanted to hug him, had it been appropriate. He went above & beyond what he could have done. Excellent service, kudos to Todd and the 2 others workers in the paint dept this day.

My last visit at this store was very enjoyable because of a super helpful and nice associate. I wish everyone in those stores were as helpful attentive and nice. Thank you Lela Rockwell.

Just bought a new washing machine from Brenda at Home Depot, she was resourceful, not pushy, kind and VERY helpful. We can hardly wait for our dryer to give out so we can come back and get a new one from her.
