I realize that we stopped in to Home Depot late on a Friday night but was so impressed by Fawn for such amazing customer service. I had in mind what I was wanting but she spent time going through all options she could think of and I ended up making a purchase that I am very happy with.

I needed a 24 foot extension ladder. Employee Sean in Hardware got me a cart to put in on and then wheeled it up front while I continued shopping. You could only imagine trying to neigoate the isles with a 24 foot extension ladder. Good employees that care about customers and their job are getting harder to find and I’d like to publicly thank Sean for his excellent customer service. Thank you for your help! Yakventures Jim

I came in and wasn’t greeted. Then I needed help finding a few things to weather proof my house and couldn’t find anyone to help me. I ended up having to call my husband who was at work to ask him questions and FaceTime him to help me. Terrible experience

we have shopped at Home Depot a lot over the years and have always been satisfied with the service and attitudes of the employees. In today's world, it is great to go to a place where the workers are able to have some good interaction with the customers.It is appreciated.

We love our 10% military discount everyday! We have done many home projects from new lighting, appliances & a 2-story garage and shop above. Not to forget flower beds & raised garden beds.

I honestly love going to Home Depot in Roseburg. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I also believe it is about customer attitude also. If you are kind, people are more willing to want to interact with you and help you.

I came looking for diatomaceous earth. I could not find it. Kele looked up the location, went for me and brought it back to the register. How many other stores have employees that care about the customer like that? It didn't affect her paycheck if I left without it. I know I can count on home depot employees to go above the typical store experience to help me.
