While shopping, I rooting around in the duct work and sheet metal. In the process, I accidentally sliced my thumb (equivalent to a small paper cut, but bled). Moments before that, I had asked for help finding a certain size. That's when Jamie came to my rescue - twice. She and another employee (young white male, mid-20s maybe? Super friendly!) came to assist. Jamie's "Mother Earth" instinct came in first when she noticed me sucking my thumb like a 49 year old toddler while I'm telling her not to worry about me. She wasn't having any of it, and next thing I know she reappears with a packet of sanitizing gel and a huge bandaid AND then tells me to stick out my thumb while she squeezed the gel out on my cut and then wrapped my thumb with a big bandaid. Second, they dug out the items that I needed so I could go home happy! I was overwhelmed by this kindness! I just thought that was so kind and really went WAY above and beyond. I praise Jamie and the other associate (I called the store manager that night and heralded these employees and she assured me the young man would also get recognized because I simply didn't catch his name.) This store has always given great customer service and this is a fine example of it in action, and makes me even proud to say that these big box store employees still give their customers the hometown feel. Way to go!

We usually go to Alexis Rd, but anytime we need special items, Rossford store has been the go to, not only for available product, but for customer service and cleanliness.

Assistance loading items into a customers vehicle would be nice, especially heavy items such as brick, stone, bags of mulch..

I've never had any problems at that location. The staff are helpful, I should say helpful for 2025 Because customer service is a thing of the past.

Bought washer/dryer unit. Delivery drivers put grease on the floor to slide the unit into place. Left it for us to clean up. Stunk up entire laundry room. Was told the pedestal couldn't be delivered until 4/29 which was fine, but I received a call from Samsung two days after the purchase stating they were shipping it via UPS, so I guess we'll have to lift the 400-pound unit and attach ourselves now? What a joke.

The staff at the Rossford Home Depot are the best. They greet me by my name. They help me find the product I need. I pay, and the load my truck! I love shopping at this store!

We made a major purchase and some smaller buys for a project. Sarah in appliances was a pleasure to work with! So was Marty in paint! Both were very helpful and quick to ask if we needed help!

I love the Home Depot at Rossford. The employees are always willing to help. If I place an order online for store pick up they have it ready within an hour. Alex, he works in the customer service desk will fill orders and will help load your car even though it is not his job. The cashiers are amazing. They love our emotional support dog and she loves going to that store. I refuse to go to any other Home Depot Store.

In todays world finding a people person is getting very difficult to find, Dawn is a great people person and appears to love what she does, she is a great asset to your company, people like her are becoming harder to find.

Thanks for the outstanding assistance I received from Josie at the service counter. Because of her Assistance in helping me sign up for my veteran discount , I made a purchase of over $1800.00 dollars. Thanks Josie for your help. Time to advance this employee to management position.

I bought flooring a week ago. We found what we were looking for and just when we decided a manager came up to help us. While the manager went to get a cart another employee asked if we needed help. He then helped the manager load the cart.

Courteous staff and large inventory

Nick was very helpful and patient with us making sure that the blinds that we were purchasing were exactly what we needed and wanted it. And everyone else back at the carpet and blinds desk they were all very helpful, courteous and kind.

Excellent employees and especially Nick in flooring for help with my selection of window blinds. All the others there as well that helped with their advice and knowledge.

I came to this store to get a battery for my car fob and I found the most helpful person. Richard T. went above and beyond to help me and I'm so grateful. The cashier Olivia was the sweetest too.

It's a ghost town at the checkout ., no help and you can't scan spray paint... then no one is there to scan it for you . Smh .. 😒 The paint department is great.

Jamie has been there to help since day one of our home remodeling journey. From helping with ordering our flooring to finishing our final big purchase of a counter top—she is personable and goes above and beyond to help with everything!

This store is well maintained, employees are willing to help and it has what I need most of the time. The only thing I struggled with this last visit was finding Ryobi batteries. They were all in a center aisle near power tools but nothing was near the lawn equipment. We eventually found what we were looking for.

Just had my LAST visit to Home Depot. After waiting 10 days for delivery wrong product was delivered.would have to wait another 10 days for correct deliver, competitor delivered in less than 48 hours-and it was correct. Sat in driveway for 3 weeks before it picked up. Another week and phone call to get the credit for the return. One visit in the middle of this was totally ignored by store manager for 15 minutes while she knew we were waiting for her. Not one sorry about our mistake. Only blamed everyone else. Supplier labeled pallet wrong. Delivered service could not pick up. Delivery driver did not complete pick up as returned. Always preferred this to competitor but will not spend another dollar in this store.

Recently I bought some plants at Home Depot. There was some confusion about pricing but Alexandra handled the situation professionally and with kindness. For me, that level of customer service makes the difference between other stores and Home Depot Rossford, Ohio. Well done Alexandria!
