The Associates were extremely willing to help with all customers as they entered and walked through the store. They were all available and even when we passed by them, they asked us if we needed any assistance. The customer service at this location is one of the best I have been to at any Home Depot Store. I would truly recommend people to stop at this location.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot store for twenty years. I almost always find what I am looking for and usually have to make a selection within the category. I've also used them for carpeting, paint, blinds, and even remodeling. I am always treated royally and helped with my decision-making. Whenever there is a problem with a product they help me to resolve it with no fuss at all. The first place I think of for my home shopping is Home Depot. I'm a happy customer.

Store is very well laid out and it is easy to find what you are looking for, prices posted visibly. Store associates available when needed to assist customers.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot to visit and my wife and I far prefer Home Depot over Lowe's! Keep up the fine work.

Home Depot on Holcomb Bridge Road is my go-to store for everything related to our home maintenance and improvement. But it is much more than a source for products. Every time I go to Home Depot I leave with something new in my arsenal of DIY skills. The Associates are wonderful -- always knowledgeable, they go out of their way to help. I look to them as teachers and mentors and they never disappoint. I am in the midst of deck refurbishment and significant interior painting projects. Armando has helped me so many times and always steers me in the right direction. Bruce in the Paint Department is an excellent advisor on how to do paint and repair jobs the right way. Armando and Bruce are both great experts and they know the Home Depot resources so well. They have been my mentors and I appreciate them more than I can say.

Store is very well organized and everything I needed was easy to find.

When our dishwasher quit working , we immediately thought of our local Home Depot as the place to go for our purchase. We had purchased an appliance somewhere else some years back and the outcome was not good. Since that time, we go to Home Depot. As expected, the process was easy and satisfying. What was not expected though was how very knowledgeable and customer friendly our associate was. He asked specifics about what our needs were in the dishwasher we were looking for and expertly guided us in finding what we wanted. The store had the model on the floor, we were able to check it out and compare it to other models, and the process went very smoothly and much faster than anticipated. It was actually fun and we left the store feeling quite happy with the whole experience.

I am not a willing "Do it yourselfer" But my experience at Home Depot does make my necessary projects somewhat less painful. The Associates usually have good sound advice and the ability to help me understand what they are talking about. Their recommendations are almost always right on.

I know the Store well. I shopped your original location up higher on Holcomb Bridge, and know your present location. Several of the "old timers" (EDDIE, ANDY, etc.) are the best assets this location has.. Their is no substitute for experience.

It is always a pleasure shopping here. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the garden center great staff always willing to help.

There just didn't seem to have enough associates working in the Appliance area when I went in.

Found everything I needed to add plants, retaining wall, and outdoor decorations. Staff was very helpful.

I have been shopping at this store for 14 years. I have purchased everything from flowers to power equipment to having my roof replaced. The associates to the higher ups are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. They are not always the cheapest but they are the best value by far. I highly recommend this store.
