This store must be busy . Which is a good thing but everytime I need something they are out of stock . I have to go to the other Home Depot on Woodstock Rd.

The store is always neat, clean, well stocked. The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable (sometimes wish there were more). Today was exceptionable. Marchelle in plumbing was fantastic. Understood my problem and would not give up until he had a solution. I was impressed!, and it worked!

This Home Depot here in Roswell, # 1755 is Awesome! Each Department has very Professional Workers that know their Position and are very helpful. From the Store Manager, Mr. Jose Jimenez all the way to the doors to the Cashiers.... Great Team Work!! Been using this location for 20 Years and will continue.

Judson in flooring was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and had a great attitude. He helped us choose carpets and flooring for our entire house, and a granite kitchen countertop. Jud knew the products and Home Depot services well, and was considerate of our budget. We made quite a few changes in material and color before finalizing, and Jud was helpful and friendly all the way. In a day and age where most employees respond with either "It's not my department" or "I don't know", this time we received outstanding service from an exemplary employee. Thanks for your help Jud!

I HAVE SHOPPED AT THE ROSWELL (HOLCOMB BRIDGE) STORE FOR OVER 25 YEARS. OVER THIS PERIOD OF TIME MANY OF THE KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF ( WHO WERE FORMER OR PART TIME TRADES PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS PLUMBERS, ELECTRICIANS, ETC) HAVE LEFT THE STORE AND REPLACED WITH LESS EXPERIENCED BUT FRIENDLY STAFF. THIS WAS THE PRIMARY REASON I SHOP HD OVER OTHER BIG BOX COMPETITORS. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HD AND OTHER BIG BOX COMPETITORS STAFF IS BECOMING LESS OF A DIFFERENTIATOR NOW. PEOPLE COME TO A DYI STORE FOR BOTH PRODUCTS, KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE THAT WE ....CAN DO IT!.SUGGEST YOU BEAT THE COMPETITION WITH KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF WHO HAVE REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU DO THIS YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM BEATING ALL COMPETITION.

After visiting another Home Depot store where I was thoroughly disappointed, not once, but twice, I went to the Holcomb Bridge store out of desperation. In the plumbing aisle, lost among the myriad of items to choose from, a friendly lady employee asked if I needed assistance. She then asked another male employee if he could assist as well. After I explained my problem, he knew exactly what I needed, retrieved it from the display and then proceeded to install it on the faucet units I had brought for reference. He then explained how to properly reinstall the units back home. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but they deserve commendations as does the store manager for encouraging such service.

If you need to buy an appliance, ask for Scott. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and interested in helping. Great experience in a tough situation.

The store is well-organized, clean and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with department-specific information. We've been shopping here for over 18 years and although we have shopped at other Home Depot locations occasionally, Store #1755 is our favorite!

We have purchased many items from this HD location including re-carpeting our entire home, remodeling 3 full bathrooms with expensive floor & bath tile, purchased way too many items including landscaping plants & tools to remember & always come back to this location because of the outstanding & helpful employees. I don't think I can say that about many other stores, but this Home Depot reminds me of an old fashioned family owned hardware store, where the customer always get outstanding service!

The have products on the floor that are not availble . Where you make a purchasse you should have a realistic delivery date. When the store misses that delivery date more that once you are not honoring your side of the contract . Covid 19 is no excuse for consistent unrealist information. we are 6 month into Covid 19 - adjust your inforation might help What every happen to under promise and over delivery. Cusomer Service died with covid. Worse , experience ever.

The customer service at this location is far above any store around the area. I can always find a smiling face of someone eager to assist me with anything I may need. The store is laid out in a way that makes shopping a breeze and makes everything easy to find. Diligent employees keep the shelves stocked, organized and clean making my shopping trip enjoyable.
