Bought a prefabricated shed, and have gone back frequently because the process is so much fun. Employees are everywhere from outside the door all the way through and each and everyone of them don't just ask if we need help, they are actually ready for our response! Awesome store, but other Home Depot locations are the same.

This is the best store i have visited in a long time. Very clean and organized. Sales associates where very helpful. Anthony was especially helpful in helping me find a tile that was not carried anymore. He contacted the manufacturer of the tile and got what i needed. I have never been more impressed with a sales person before. He saved me alot of trouble and timeon repairing my bathroom. Great store to go to!!

Mickey Mitchell helped me get a new built in oven ordered. He was very helpful and friendly. It all went so smooth thanks to Mickey. He's a nice man.

The store does not have as much as the store in Firewheel, but it has different items. For example some of the Ryobi 40v items such as the chainsaw are at this store, but not at the Firewheel store.

My experience at this Home Depot was fantastic. Sometimes these days it's hard to get good customer service. However, every single employee we came in contact with during this visit was friendly and helpful. We were treated with the best customer service and will do all our home improvement shopping at Home Depot in Rowlett!! Keep up the great work. It is much appreciated.

It is very unusual for me not to find any item I'm looking to purchase. Home Depot stocks a wide varity of items that are useful around the house.

I had a few items on my list to get before doing some home repairs and decided to go to the Rowlett store instead of my usual Garland (Firewheel) store. Though the Garland store seems newer and a little bigger, I prefer the Rowlett store because of the layout and the staff. This is my new primary store.

I needed landscaping timbers, rebar, a drill bit, and white marble rocks and my Rowlett Home Depot had everything I needed and knowledgeable, friendly store associates to help.

We never shop any Home Depot store except this one. Great customer service and the store is always very clean and neat. This store is always clean and well lite I like coming here is stead of other stores because every one is so happy to help and I like that I will all ways come back here

As in most Home Depot's, the availability of help can be hit or miss. I DO appreciate the Veteran's discount available! I'm aware that the stores occasionally have "workshops" or classes, and there may be a few I'd like to attend, but I don't see them advertised well, if at all.

I have consistently been impressed by the 2201 Lakeview Pkwy Rowlett location. Great people, items always in stock, service you can expect when needed. Will return again!

Caleb who was working in the paint department was very helpful and professional. He continually worked with me to get my difficult pait match just perfect. I was very impressed with his demeanor and mature attitude.
