Excellent staff associates in the paint department who provided assistance above and beyond what was expected.

Horrible customer service. Employees working the customer service area need more training. They were not WILLING to help and did not seem to have a lot of knowledge of what they were doing.

Always quick to help, friendly, and going the extra mile. A great store for all your home needs.

Felt a little uncomfortable with other costomers not wearing face mask most other stores required to wear to get in store.

I was doing a remodel at my church and they were there to help find the products I needed. if they were of a certain product they found a store close by so we can get the product quickly.

I encountered a very RUDE associate at this store. I called the store beforehand to find out if they had a specific brand of paint in stock. When I reached the paint dept. a male associate asked me to hold and then disconnected me. I called back and he said it was a mistake and then put me on hold for 28 minutes. I called back again and asked to speak to the Manager. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who connected me with the Paint dept. A female associate took the call and was very helpful. When I arrived at the store the male associate was in the paint dept. I told the young lady I was on hold for 28 minutes. The male associate replied that was him, and he was real busy. There was only myself and another person in the paint department.

Clean store, tidy and all employees friendly, welcoming and respectfully were wearing masks including the greeter. Awesome!

Because of inability of material at the Garland store I was directed to the ROWLETT #8951 Store which I like a lot. I was taken care by Susan at Pro-Desk (SJD0962) a nice and a very professional Lady.

The store is clean including bathrooms!. Friendly staff that knows their products and eager to help you. Love the garden area and there is always someone there to help me load.

The employees have always been very helpful. The store is also managing the Covid-19 precautions very well. All without making you feel uncomfortable shopping.

Nice and friendly store - products very easy to find

Very friendly and well informed staff. There is always product in stock. If you have any questions they will provide a pro that can assist you.

I mainly shop at 2 different Home Depot locations. One is located in Rockwall,Tx., and the other one is in Rowlett Tx. I find that both stores seem to have experienced employees that can help solve my needs. They also carry most all the products that I generally need. The store prices seem to be very competive with other comparable stores. I have been very happy with the quality of products that i buy. Therefore, when I need a product I think of Home Depot first, Good company.

This location is Always clean,stocked and ready for business. The checkout is always flawless. Best Depot in the Dallas area!

I always enjoy the store's employees as they are always helpful and when asked offer sound advice on how to do repairs or whatever the subject. I also appreciate the 10% discount for veterans. Would like to receive the discount for on line orders as well. The store was clean and I received assistance right away.

Matthew in the paint department is a saint. He has helped me out numerous times and is so knowledgeable. I love the other paint department employees and the ladies at check-out. Super nice and patient with me as I am a talker.
