Home Depot is a great store to shop at for my home and yard needs. Great quality tools and accessories, ready help from employees and easy return of merchandise when needed.

We ordered a closet door and took accurate measurements. It took almost a month to arrive. Every hinge was cut wrong and we had to redo all three hinges. The door knob was in the wrong location also.

really friendly associates and always patiently willing to help and really clean neat store.

A fine store to visit.

I'll rent all my tools as needed from this location moving forward. Living in Heath (Rockwall) our Home Depot doesn't offer many/any tool rentals(per city?). This store is only 18 mins away from my home in Heath and definitely worth the drive if you need to rent tools! If you find yourself needing a tool rental, ask for Mark. Best attitude, service, knowledge & awareness I've seen at a Home Depot and excellent people skills!

This store is one of the best Home Depot stores I've shopped at . There are three other Home Depot stores that are closer to me but this store has outstanding sales associates in every section of the store where I've shopped. The store is always clean and neat. Things are easy to find and there are always sales associates nearby if you need assistance. My wife is handicapped and needs to use a riding cart to shop. This store always has a riding cart for the handicapped available located at the store entrance. On occasion I have had to talk to a store manager, or assistant manage and found them to be very helpful with any issues I've had. I've never left with an issue not being solved.

If you need real help with understanding what is needed to ensure a successful completion to your project find Paul. Very nice, smart, helpful and will walk around with you so you know what you are buying is correct! He knew the location of everything we needed and explained how to handle certain things we were unsure of. Now we feel confident tackling this project ourselves rather than spending $$$ on installation. Not like this part is a big deal but it was nice... never once said Im not sure or I do know not even once!! Its ok if people dont have an answer to every question but boy its helpful when they know what they are talking about! Also, we didnt have to waste our entire day searching for things since he went and brought most if it to us. Thanks Paul!!

Sharron in the paint department is always helpful and great a and other customers with a smile. She helped me pick the right paint for my home. She seem to be there by herself between 3pm and 7pm. Those seems to be the busiest time over there and she is always rushing trying to take care the customers in a timely manner. Those 5 gallon paint buckets is too much for one person to lift by themselves. Please try to help.

This store is always clean, well lighted, well stocked and well staffed. Much better place to shop then their competitors.

Disinterested help and management. If this was their only store, I would go somewhere else.

I live half way between the Rowlett store and the Garland store on Bush. I always go to Rowlett store because of staff. They aren't always readily available, but you can generally get help, as opposed to Garland store.

great store to get your home products for projects

Attempting to rehab a house... on a budget... as a single lady... has been a challenge. Each time I come into this store needing help (which is often) there is ALWAYS an employee eager to help. Not only do they take the time to help me find the correct materials, they walk me through the process.. helping me to understand what to do (if needed). By far, this is my favorite Home Depot store... and I do visit many in the DFW area!

Next to my doctors office. Take time off work to see the doctor??? Life is good!

The isles were well arranged making it easy to find what you are looking for. The store was neat and the customer service was great. Great variety of product.

I would revisit this store because your associate Tony Lopez took the time to walk me thru the steps to fix the holes in my walls and tile my bathroom. He walked me to the dept helped me choose the tools and the products. Great customer service.

You need to go to your manufacturer of bifold closet doors, I think their name is Steves. And ask them to offer their bifold closet doors primed in white. Currently they only offer doors primed in an off-white/ beige color.

Just bought and installed a water heater and thermal expansion tank from this store and I was very satisfied to receive helpful advice from the plumbing dept associates. I found everything I need to complete this project.

Nursery department was great. It was my first time buying a Christmas tree and they were very helpful by advising and educating me on how to take care of my tree.
