We own a 12 acre "farm" where we keep two donkey's and a sheep 8 chickens and two ducks. We live in a 49 year old log cabin. We use this store throughout the year to purchase materials. The store is well run, clean, well stocked and has dedicated and knowledgeable employees. Always a great shopping experience.

Mother's Day, I wanted to purchase a few hanging plants but they hang them too high for me to reach and there are no employees anywhere around to help.

Convenient location people there are very helpful, especially at the pro desk

I frequent the store often and the staff is always engaging and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean, organized with all products needed for my projects. Searching online I can find the location of items ahead or preorder for pickup and delivery.

First, I was greeted by a gentleman that offered to help (I didn’t catch his name but super nice), and then a woman named Alison! Both were amazing. Alison was a book of knowledge when it came to starting my flowers and gardens! She was so helpful that I wish I had taken notes! I left there so incredibly impressed and confident that my flowers, gardens, and landscapes will be absolutely what I’ve envisioned them to be! All of the way down to helping me pick the right soil for the specific things that I am planting! Without Alison, I would definitely have bought the wrong things, both wasting time and money, but instead it’s going to be beautiful and I will definitely keep coming in for more supplies and more helpful hints! You landed a pot of gold with Alison! Thank you so much Alison!

This week I needed stain - and had no idea what color I wanted. Last week it was rugs and the week before it was lumber. I have a few huge projects. EVERY TIME I visit the store or call I get GREAT service. I am very happy with the quality of the merchandise (have returned a few things...) I am very happy shopping here

I love shopping this Home Depot and its employees. I can usually find whatever I'm looking for, employees are helpful and friendly, special ordered items arrive undamaged, and returns are always easy and hassle free. I went to the HD in Lebanon, New Hampshire once to save sales tax on a large flooring order. The order arrived damaged on the pallet and they left it that way. Another time an employee at the return lied to me about a return and I had to call Corporate to "straighten" him out. Never again !

The range of materials is excellent as well as the service provided.

In the Rutland area everyone is aware of the Home Depot store as the place to find what you need whether it is large or small.

I'm building a home and I am at Home Depot at least once a week, all of the staff is very helpful and friendly, I can always find someone to help me if I need it. I also appreciate the discounts offered by Home Depot through the Pro program. The military discount and the Pro discounts keep me coming back again and again. I also like that I can order online using all the same discounts and have the option for free delivery or pick up at the store

Great Home Depot with Friendly Knowledgeable Staff.

Even if you don't have any building projects going on, this is a good place to find handy and interesting items that make great gifts at any budget.

I go to this store a lot .at times I find it hard to find someone . You need to have a greeter at the entrance. this might help with directions were the product is.

I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to use a universal toilet flapper. This employee explained why it was the right one. Opened the package and set the correct setting. And told me if it didn't work I could return it. It worked perfectly. So helpful

I've shopped at a lot of Home Depot stores, and met employees with different levels of attention and competence. The employees at this Rutland VT store are just the best.

Returned an item my purchased for exchange because it was defective. The girl at the customer service desk was very helpful cooperative, and made my exchange and excellent experience.

I want to thank Susan for all her help when ordering a dryer for our kids that leave Shrewsbury, VT. She is great asset for Home Depot. Awesome customer service. Lumber mismarked in the wrong location. 90% of checkout counters unmanned. "Customer Service" station unmanned; and it took 15 minutes to locate a warm body to process a simple return, who was surly. Never again-there are alternatives locally.

Of the 200 bards on the shelf.I was able after digging through them for half an hour or 2 fine 7 that didn't have white mold.Or serious rain damage brand new

Wish HD would build a bigger store in the area.

The cashier that I first interacted with was rude. I had a bully/heavy item and asked if I could check out at the service desk. The response was in a rude tone and seemed annoyed to be having to help customers. Thankfully another employee was nearby and more than happy to help. I heard this employee response to other customers in the same tone.

This HD location always has friendly workers on hand to help with finding items, carry outs, or returning items quickly. It has what I usually need, or can quickly ship what I need to my house. I've never had a bad experience here, which is important considering I live over 30 mins drive away.

The Rutland Home Depot is loaded with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm renovating a house in Killington and I've been to HD too many times to count. Whenever there is a question, a staff member is right there to support the customer and find a solution. I truly can't be more impressed with how this store has staffed itself with A+ people. Great job and thank you!!
