We stopped at Home Depot while shopping for a new dryer. We checked other local stores to try to get the best price. We were assisted by Mannie in appliances and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Due to her excellent customer service, not only did we buy the dryer, but we ended up buying the washing machine to match. We talked about our interest in replacing some of our kitchen appliances in the near future and she assisted us with that as well and told us about the best time to buy and why. She will be the reason we return to purchase the rest of our appliances at the South Attlboro Home Depot.

This Home Depot is hit or miss depending upon which associate you get. Today, Gerry helped me scope my project and took the time to locate all of the items I needed. This is the type of service that makes me want to come back! This store location is located in an extremely busy and congested area that is hard to get in and out of, as such I tend not to visit this location frequently. Earlier in the week I visited the store to make a return -- the returns desk was overwhelmed with 'problems' and it ended up taking 20+ minutes. Unfortunately, while most associates are friendly and acknowledge you, I wish there were more like Gerry that take the time to listen and assist.

The store is very well laid out and I can find anything that I need, if I don't I ask an associate and they are very helpful in any questions that I may have.

I went into Home Depot looking for a certain piece of lumber for a project I was doing and Steve came over to help me out. He was very nice and knew what he was talking about. I love Home Depot and I come here often because of the associates that work here. Always friendly and willing to help with any problems that you might have.

What I wanted was out of stock. But I received a replacement. That was a great thing. She went well beyond what she need to do.

I found what I needed because I asked an associate - who was friendly and helpful. I prefer to ask and like to browse and was not harassed while I looked

John in lumber was AMAZING. He was able to find me a solution when they didn't carry the product I needed, saving me a trip to a whole other HD

I NEVER find coupons for home depot. i finally get one. $5 off $50. so i purchase $53 worth of items use the coupon. i had 2 other coupons for DAMP RID a total of $3.50 well i couldn't use all three and the head cashier said she couldn't help me. OK customer satisfaction is not a priority (over $3.50). all set

We have always had a wonderful experience at this store. We have been in my home for about four years and come time and time again for various items. We have ventured into some DIY projects and have had to fix a few things that neither of us have done before. Most store associates are friendly and helpful, ready to spend time with you and answer your questions. They never talk down to you even for what they may think are the most basic of questions. The employees genuinely seem to enjoy working there, and it shows in how they treat the customers. What I find most impressive if that most associates seem to know where everything is or seem to know about everything even if the questions are outside the realm of their department.

the restroom were disgusting, dirty, many isles were block, Tood provided me with great customer service., excellent specialist on the window and door dept .

I needed some help in the lumber department and couldn't believe how good the lumber manager Steve was figuring it out. The cashiers are great also.

This is my Favorite Home Depot simply because of the TEAM they have working there on a daily basis!!! They are Friendly and cordial, always willing to help. They are always around, so you never have to look far for an associate to assist you. Its like going to a 'Mom & Pops' corner Hardware store. Its actually a shame that I am sooooo terrible with names or i would tell you their names. Hats off to the management team for fostering this type of environment, I hope they and their staff are enjoying their jobs as much as i enjoy my visits.. I've even considered working there part-time when i was laid off from my regular profession... Keep Up the Great Job Team South Attleboro!!!

on most occasions i find the associates available but on weekends the crew is smaller and i have to request another associates to page for help especially in the building material and plumbing

I found everything I needed on this trip but most associates did not want to lead me to the products. Instead, they gave me the aisle number and let me fend for myself. The associates only helped me with one product I needed and then left. I had to find multiple associates to find everything I needed. A customer shopping in the store was more helpful to me than many associates. Overall, I was an ok trip because I found everything I needed.

My experience at this lowes was wonderful. I went in for supplies to create a giant Jenga game. I was immediately helped by Steve from lumber. He went above and beyond to make my visit at lowes easier. Not only did he chop the wood to the correct specifications free of charge, but he also gave me sandpaper to finish them off. He is a fantastic employee and his service is the reason why I will be returning to this store. I would just like to thank him for his time, hardwork, and friendliness he displayed during my visit.

If you're thinking of going elsewhere around Attleboro, your only option is LOWES. This store blows them out of the water. The employees are super Friendly and very knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need. And EVERYTHING you need.

Every time I shop here I find all of the sales associates to be very knowledgeable and more than that, they are always polite and friendly which truly impresses me and it's certainly why I return again and again.

The staff went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate d their helpfulness. My manager was Jim and the sales person was Todd. Wonderful experience.

We had a planned visit for our appliance purchase as a part of our kitchen design. Mannie in appliances was prepared and knowledgeable. Despite the fact that she was the only associate on in her department, she spent a great deal of time working with us so we could achieve what we wanted out of this visit. We were able to compare, review rates and get the best deals for our 5 appliances. If we were one of the customers who did not pre- plan our visit and coordinate with the kitchen designer ahead of time, I don't think we would have waited around. Home depot should have planned and staffed better given the independence day sale. Mannie was never once frustrated or appeared overwhelmed and she responded to each customer with positivity and professionalism. She called for assistance as she was able, but whoever does staffing failed the customers.

Craig from Department 29 was very helpful in returning my online appliance purchase, He was professional, courteous, and even helped avoid the restocking fee associated with some online purchases. I want to thank AJ from the returns department as well for his patience, amusing conversation, and in his help in introducing me to Craig. I could not ask for better service.
