Very disappointed with customer service at this store. The individuals at the PRO DESK was very rude and didn't attempt to help.

Busy place and employees very helpful

Some worker here are really friendly but others not so much.... this is the only store that’s like this... other Home Depot’s all employees are really super nice....

Yes always have fun to the store to clean organize to find out what I needed only if I ask you restore I'm playing to help me to find what I needed to help me out and I will find out what I need that's how I always go back thanks

After going to the competitor store and waiting to be noticed as a customer, I left. I went to the Home Depot store in Rivergate Shopping Center and was told the item I was looking for was sold out however the associate checked other locations. I went to the South Blvd store was greeted and waited about 5 minutes for assistance. Everyone was courteous and professional. I understood they were helping others so I did not mind the short wait.

Ms Doris, the Cashier was so awesome and sweet!! Her customer service was so appreciated, its so hard to get good service! She even offered me to apply for the HD card, which normally I brush off since it sounds so Sales Pitchy! I accepted coming from her tho, and I'm glad I did. There was also this super lady who helped me in paints, I hate that I didn't get her name, but she explained the different types, and had suggestions for me, she really knew her stuff. She provided great service as well! This is a great store, I'll be shopping here more often, customer service really makes the difference for me!

A employee abruptly pushed a cart through me and my sister to be rude and to show off to another employee. It was underhanded and petty. We were just trying to shop. Maybe she is rude to everyone or maybe she is just rude to white women.

Without failure, I consistently get optimum customer service from my favorite south blvd location. My favorite employees are Isaiah and Doris. I experience VIP treatment with them on every visit. They are the reason I opened up 2 Home Depot cards. One wirh Isiah and 1 with Doris.

Long story but left completely satisfied and happy e found the item we were looking for thanks to Devin C. In customer service she was awesome, very professional. Thanks John Marigliano

Awful experience on a non-busy Saturday afternoon. People in aprons walked by me as though I were invisible. No help anywhere.

As I came into the store and looked both ways to get an idea of which way to go, the store manager came over and asked if I needed help finding anything. Without hesitation, they did not just tell me what aisle but took me directly to the item. The cashier was also very cordial! It makes it easy to decide where to shop when you’re treated as nicely as I was.

The only helpful person was Pat. No one offered help and would turn from me or just ignore me. Very frustrating. As owner of 2 remodel companies I use the pro desk daily. Your pro desk had one person that did not acknowledge me in any way, mid day on a Thursday. Cashier lane one and three lights were on indicating that they were open yet no cashier was present at either. There were seven people that I observed shopping in the store with no mask on. The sign on the door said masks “required”, however this is simply poor choice of wording and should say “recommended” or “suggested”. If masks were truly required, people would be asked to leave who didn't have them, or not be served at register. (Kind of like I was treated, except I did have a mask on.)

Bonnie with appliances is an exceptionally helpful Home Depot employee. In the time of COVID some products are becoming short in supply. She promised to call me back after she did some research for a range that satisfied my needs and could be immediately delivered. She did so in a reasonable amount of time. She offered me several options. I then moved ahead with the online purchase that would be delivered from the Charlotte Home Depot.

Store is a smaller Home Depot compared to the mother ship store so you might not find everything you are looking for but the friendly employees generally make up for that. It usually a quick in and out. Returns are handled quickly. I recently ordered from the PRO desk and goods were delivered as ordered, efficiently, with phone and Email notice and on time! I kind of think of it as my neighborhood DIY store.

This particular Home Depot was very clean and conscious of practicing social distancing. There were employees positioned throughout the store that were offering their assistance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have shopped here for years & have gotten good service from everyone except Devin (the female) in customer service. She has a horrible demeanor, is rude, and unprofessional! However, Ms. Myra is as pleasant as they come! I have also had very pleasant experiences with another Devin (the male). Those 2 are awesome!

The evening I went to this store, only 1 employee had a mask on. Customers were not requested to wear them, so there was only 1 other customer that I saw wearing a mask. Also employees were not very helpful.

The store is always busy, but very well stocked, well organized, and the people are super friendly.

This store is very clean, items are easy to find and fully stocked. This morning, when I entered I was immediately greeted with a good morning. When I made it to the filter aisle I was greeted again. After briefly looking at the items, I was asked by Steve if I needed assistance and was offered help and my received what I needed. As I check out my items Ms. Doris helped me although I had a pricing issue and was immediately assisted. Top notch customer service. And they have a Bell at the Exit door that says to Ring if you received Good Service Today. I absolutely did! Thanks.

I was very impressed by Bonnie and Devin in the home appliance section. Devin helped me narrow things down and Bonnie patiently explained the pros and cons of each product I was looking at! They sold me on the product -- not a hard sale, but an informed one!

I was casually shopping at this location one day, when I noticed they are running a promotion on a free carpet installation with the purchase of carpets. Our carpets have seen better times, so I thought it is a perfect time to upgrade. Luckily, there was a sweet flooring specialist Seleana who helped me to navigate through the process and made my purchasing experience an easy breeze. When I got back the next day to change my selection, Jacob was there too, very very helpful.

It is a good location and it has friendly, helpful sales associates.
