Cort in Customer Service is awesome! He went out of his way to help me find the item I needed (that was not in stock) at another store for me and placed my order so that all I had to do was visit the other store and pick up my item! Friendly associates throughout the store too!

HIGH level of customer service! The staff showed interest and commitment in helping to resolve my issue. With such stellar customer service attitude (from staff members Ken, and Marty in the Equipment Rental Department, in particular), I cannot be more satisfied.

Disappointed there was no one on the floor to offer help finding some items, Several employees standing around talking up front, maybe they were all on brake at the same time, but that didn't help me. Cashier was more concerned about everyone giving he a "5" on the survey than doing her job and getting use out the door. I go in and out of a lot of Depots and this was the least favorite one.

never shop here again. I take my time shopping for my lumber, tell the cashier I will leave it here, need to get paint and I will be right back, and when I get back its all gone! I ask her "where did my lumber go"? she was filing her nail, and she doesn't say anything but picks up the phone and calls someone , talks real low for a few minutes then hangs up, looks at me and says " they put it back". then proceeds with the next customer! are you kidding me! it took me 30 - 40 min to pick that out! I ask her to call the manager, he's too busy, I get the assistant, he gets a guy to help me the lumber again. after all this, the guy walks me to my truck with all my lumber says " is there isn't anything else I can help you with, have a nice day" AND WALKS AWAY! leave me with all this lumber to load into my SUV. I am not a small woman, but my gosh, I was just standing there in shock! that this guy just left me there. I will never shop there again.

Can't remember guys name that helped us but he was great! And Hazel the cashier made it even better

This HD is close to home and the cashier Hazeline was very helpful

Visited the garden area of Home Depot today and had questions and got assistance from three different employees and then had a great employee, Janice, who checked me out. Sooooo helpful.

I visited this store on May 25th to find a solution to spilled gas that was creating unbearable odors in our home. I received exemplary customer service. I will always use this location for my needs!!!

They listen and they help the best they can. If you looking on starting some projects, talk to Marty (in tool rentals) he is a rock star.

Had some issue with a tiller that was repaired but that within a week I had to return it. Apparently this time the tiller has to be sent all the way to Atlanta. Today I received a call to let me know that only this week the tiller will be going to Atlanta. I call customer service to review the policy of homedepot in regards to this type of situation and I was happy neither satisfy with the respond of the customer agent

I was looking for wooden button plugs to cover holes in some furniture. I asked at the service desk, and the lady said she didn't know, but would call someone in electrical. I pointed out that this was a cabinetry item, not electrical, and she said that was the only kind of plug she knew about. I then asked an associate who said they didn't carry those, and suggested I try Pier 1, the well known hardware store. I know they have such plugs. This level of ignorance about hardware in general and about their products specifically shows a real problem with the level of personnel and training which can only be explained by a pursuit of corporate profit above any sort of customer service. I went to Lowes, asked the same question and was directed to right spot by the first person I asked.

The employees at the store are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfy. The had the product I was looking for a reasonable price. The associate were very friendly and helpful and the store was very organize.

I was able to find the products I was looking for easier by Andrew's help. Tom also very helpful to find what I need. The store was clean and the associates was very friendly and helpful.

Although this store consistently has insufficient staffing (probably because of company demands for higher productivity), the staff are friendly and try to provide excellent service.

Customer orientated and helpful. Also, this store offered products that were not available at other home depots. I was looking for a specific wet/dry vac and other stores closer to where I lived not only didn't have the product but I couldn't get that product shipped to them. Not sure why but this store could and had it in stock.

I have never seen the home depot i go to in candler or many others so clean and the employees are happy to see you almost just like visiting family members , i wont shop any where els for my home or businesses needs.
