I love my electric ryobi mower. It is quiet efficient no fumes better height levels. For me gas is in the past I’m finally electrified

Because the former pickup area is now blocked, there is a lot of loading activity in this area. Placing or leaving flat carts at the ends of the parking isles in this area completely blocks traffic from getting through this end of the parking lot. Why do employees continue to stack the carts at this location?

Great inventory in garden.

Your employee, Rene, from the appliances department at the Home Depot on Skyline in Cape Coral is your best weapon ever. He is a wonderful person with a lot os class and very professional. He makes me want to go back whenever we need anything for our home. He has taken the time with whatever items we have ever needed and not just appliances. He is your ace employee. I sincerely hope that you are aware at the caliber of employee that you have working at that store. He deserves the top pay scale and then some. AWESOME PERSON!!

Checkout lines are long and checkout people do not know the system.

I was needing help to color match with my bathroom since we ran out of paint and this amazing employee named Minelio helped me. He didn’t speak any english but he sure did try his absolute best. The color match was absolutely perfect! Not only was it perfect but he also recommended different paints that would match the theme of our bathroom! (Beach theme)

I was helped by an employee in garden with everything that I was looking for throughout the store. I could ask her where something was, and she took me right to it.

Kitchen renovation process was made easier with the expertise and knowledge of Jessica in this department.

Everyone stands around talking to each other and when you ask a question they act like you are bothering them and they just spurt out isle numbers instead of helping. Was also made to move truck and trailer from the loading zone when we were trying to get doors etc. The other people were not made to move and when I asked why I was told because they don't speak English when they did. Then when asked for there name was lied too and wouldn't show me there name badge. They stood around eating instead of working. Just horrible service a the way around. Plus there inventory of doors were damaged.

I had a very pleasant experience on my last trip to Home Depot. I found everything I needed it quickly with help from asking the employees help. They were very friendly and accommodating.

My visit to this store was the best ever because of the way I was treated by ASHLEY, the gal at the self checkout. She treated me like a VIP and professionally guided me through the checkout process !!!

I spent an hour walking the store with multiple items in mind. Several employees offered assistance and were very polite/helpful. Checkout was quick and supportive.

I bought a 4 door refrigerator and the delivery was great. Hooked everything up and made sure the water dispencer worked before leaving. instructed me to drain 2 gallons of water before using and check the ice cube maker in an hour. Very thorough.

First, when you walk through the door, you can be near guaranteed to be harassed immediately for various services. Second, when you attempt to find the things you need, it is guaranteed that half or more of those aisles will be blocked and have loaders in them. Weekends, when you have to run in on your day off, they especially like to block the aisles you need to enter. Third, if you can actually get into an aisle, you can almost guarantee it won't have sufficient stock in what you're looking for. Fourth, if you need to ask an employee a question about a product, there's a good chance they have no idea. Finally, when you go to checkout, its all you and you being watched like a hawk to ensure you are scanning every item in your cart. Forget a friendly face helping you check out...its all you now since they eliminated cashiers for the everyday customer. Oh and good luck getting in and out of the poorly designed parking lot. Do your self a favor and shop online, and if you have a technical question, go to a smaller hardware store for real advice.

help with design, buying and delivery

When I did the self check out, there was a group of employees talking among themselves. They did not help me nor see me. If they were paying attention they would have seen I checked out. When I walked pass them, I had to produce a receipt. They employee did not even thank me for shopping there. I did not feel valued. Glad these employees are getting a pay check to hang out.
