Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What sizes of moving boxes do you carry?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make moving or storage easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Should I make siding repairs now?

Make sure your home is ready for spring temperatures swings and storms by replacing any faulty or broken parts of your hardscaping and home. If water freezes in the crevices, you could have problems. On the outside of your home, examine metal roof panels or roofing shingles for rust or damage that could let water leak into your home. Clean gutters to prevent ice dams if you're prone to frozen precip as the seasons change. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped if they're damaged.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, privacy, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through the peephole or an adjacent window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, which is useful to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed and worry less with more control.
