Was thinking of buying a grill and was met with Friendly Great Service. Shelves are stocked full and inventory well priced. I was greeted and immediately assisted. Wonderful experience. Love this grill. Put it together myself. The competitors wanted a lot more for it.

I couldn’t find a n employee to help with a question about pricing of the item. Then at checkout which is now almost solely self checkout- no one was there to input quantity discount! I hope your profits are rising because customer satisfaction is low to non existent!

We have had good luck purchasing materials at this location. Unfortunately, delivered items are usually incomplete or damaged. Our most recent order of 94 pavers had 14 broken and no refund was offered. On the previous order, they only delivered 1/2 of the Gorilla Cart ordered and told me I had to go to another store if I want the other 1/2. Disappointed with customer service.

Can never fund anyone in the departments to help you

Kayla was the associate and she was so very helpful. I purchased an exterior door and she did an outstanding job helping me.

My recent visit to Home Depot was exceptional. The staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful in locating the items I needed. They not only showed me where to find what I was looking for but also made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I'll definitely continue shopping at Home Depot due to their excellent customer service.

I was able to get all of my parts for my renovation in a timely manner also when things went wrong they were on top of it
