The store is organized and the employees are very helpful and that's what I like. Things that I needed help putting together they helped me. That made it easier for me.

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PURCHASE A SHED,FOUND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, MADE OUR PURCHASE WITH THE NICE FRIENDLY HELP WE RECEIVED,THEY LOADED IT ONTO MY PICKUP TRUCK,WITH HARDLY ANY WAIT,AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.

Great environment and excellent product lineup. The employees are courteous and friendly. I have found some great sales on this store's floor! I found what I needed and was cashed out quickly.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Julianne tonight (3/29/2019). Not only was she incredible, she made my three-year-old super happy by letting him play with her tape measure. I came in to fill a hole my dog was digging to get out of our backyard. Originally, I was just going to go with concrete. I didn’t know how to do it though. I called her over and we were going over why I was doing it. She gave me a few other options I could try and we came to a decision. Not once did she pressure me into using something else & after explaining to her that I’m not sure how to do a lot of home improvement things due to my husband being deployed, she offered to come over after her long shift, just to make sure that I had the help that I needed. She is truly a god-send and I’m so thankful she was there for us tonight.

I give this store a 5 star because its a nice clean and friendly place to visit. Maybe when I retire I will come work part time.

Great store. The employees try to be helpful but the scanners they use to look for items are useless. So if you make the mistake of asking for help you’ll be standing in a awkward silence for at least 3-5 minutes. Better off just trying to find merchandise on your own.

Store has a huge issue with customer service over the last year or so. It's been painful to watch, and it is certainly a top down issue here as management will walk right past you without so much as a head nod. For someone who shops this store 3 or more times a week it is discouraging. For someone looking for customer service I would recommend going to another location.

I was in and out of the store very quickly but was helped by an associate to the exact location of the item I needed and checked out by another very nice associate as well. Very professional and kind. Definitely will go back again to chester location!

Paint technician mixed the wrong color. Painted room and noticed the color was wrong. Went back to store to get paint replaced. Customer service person said paint department would have to handle the problem. Went to paint department. Paint department said customer service has to handle. Got a correct color replacement gallon. Customer service person rude and no one ever apologized for the mistake.

Don't expect the store folks to help. They are busy chatting. Items on the shelves are messy and not in the right spot so you don't have a clue as to pricing. Always check the box to make sure it is not missing parts. Prices are higher than competition: especially appliances. They do stock better quality tools.

The Home Depot staff was very friendly and courteous. I went into the store looking for some outdoor Christmas items. Some of the items I was looking for were already sold out for the season with no replacements. This seems strange since there are almost 3 weeks left till Christmas.

Mike in flooring went above and beyond in helping us. He helped us with blinds and cut them perfectly, a hot water heater, kitchen sink, faucet, stove, dishwasher, range vent, toilet and misc. hardware. Mike is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and we appreciated his help very much!

The store was clean and orderly. Received assistance and service above and beyond expected.

Store is always clean, staff is always friendly and eager to help. Inventory seems to be kept plentiful, and I Don't have to search long to find what I need

I do not like that there was only one checkout register with an employee to check me out and several self-checkouts. I had to hunt for several minutes for an employee to help me find what I was looking for. (Indoor/Outdoor Temp & humidity monitor) I WILL NOT EVER use the self checkouts. There is no incentive for me to use the self checkouts and feel that if I did, I'd become somewhat of an employee of the store, and in the end, there is no discount for my efforts. So NO! I spent my gas and time to come to your brick and mortar store, so I should get service with a smile for my efforts and maybe even a discount.
