We have ordered several products from home depot and have had flooring and rugs installed by the companies they contract to do the work. We have been very pleased by the service in the store and the work we received to install these products. We bought fireplace doors from this store last year. There was a problem with the doors. One call to home depot and they sent another set of doors to the house. They back up the products they sell.

I asked a worker for help, the item I wanted wasn't stocked. I asked him to get it off the high shelf, he went for a ladder and didn't come back. After 5 mins, I went to see if he found one, he was in another isle helping other people. The next person I asked, acted as if I was bothering them. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The Rejuvenate line of products are great. I have used the products for wood floors, stainless steel, stove tops and furniture. Home Depot seems to have the market cornered on this line of products unless you're willing to buy online and wait. I drove almost 45 minutes to get there just for these products.

We had to buy many items on this visit, and some were extremely heavy. We had no trouble finding a friendly associate that not only guided us to our needed items, but also assisted in loading them onto our cart and again into our car. His help greatly simplified our visit and reduced the time we had to spend wandering in search of our items.

I shop at the Washington Store. It is in a location that is not jammed with traffic and you in and your out.

This is a great friendly store with very pleasent and helpfull people working there. My Order was available & ready in the pick area as soon as I walked in!! All I had to do was show my order slip and ID and they loaded my van with the order! No hassle or waiting!
