Debbie in the garden center was very helpful.

I only gave them one star because the site wouldn’t let me leave zero stars. I won’t be back. There were no opened registers. There were, however, two associates talking to each other while I rang my sale. Why couldn’t one of them have opened a register?

You should be proud of this store. It's employees go above and beyond to help and are so friendly.

With the straight in parking there is congestion for the customers exiting and entering. Also diagonal pull in parking would make it so much safer when exiting the spots. Also, there is too much curbing that complicates the traffic flow, and can be contributing to accidents. It too makes delays for everybody when one has a large truck or long items. .

Our cashier Kena was very rude about providing a military discount. She refused to do so due to “not having an online account” All other locations have simply looked at the military ID

Staff was friendly and helpful. They have scooters to ride in for the handicap. Their Christmas displays were beautiful. They had a lot of plants which I bought many of.

We were so impressed with the individuals who helped us with the purchase of our new washer. We generally shop at another home improvement store closer to our home but we were drawn to Home Depot based on the sales they were having

Ron from paints, when I had a specific question, went above and beyond. He contacted the sales representative to find out exactly the right product to recommend. I was overwhelmed by his kindness and willingness to help.

All workers were kind and helpful. Everything I needed was in stock and easy to find.

I searched online for a vanity to purchase at the S. Strabane Home Depot. Online it said there was one in stock. I arrived at the store and the shelf was empty. I tried looking for an employee for assistance, but when he caught my eye, he completely avoided me and turned down an aisle. As I approached another employee, he also saw that I was looking in his direction and. He deliberately turned to go behind a stack of flooring to avoid me. I was not about to chase them down or yell across the store, so I left. I grew up in a hardware store that my parents owned and even as a young employee, I learned to seek out and ask customers if they needed any assistance or if I could help them locate something. How disappointing that neither employee made any effort to assist, but even worse, they purposely avoided helping me!

We were in need of a new refrigerator and the associate in the appliance department was more than happy to help.

The staff at the Washington store was awesome! Very attentive and helpful in what I was looking for and purchasing! Even with the problem of the computers at checkout they were very calm and professional.

When you are ready to check out at the gardening center at Washington's Home Depot, look for Leah. She was efficient in checking me out while carefully organizing, stabilizing and packaging my plants. Excellent customer service. Also, the plants on the day I was there were in great shape with many options on types and colors.

I was told if I purchased a grill, it would be assembled the next day. Now I’m told that it will take a week to get it assembled.

Store has employees that are very patient and answer every question. Great to make you feel like a valued customer.

Purchased 3 major appliances stove dishwasher microwave price was great sale person great but delivery terrible was told delivery would be between 2 pm and 6pm February 1st plus they didn’t even have to hook up any of the appliances delivery people called at 6:30 pm stated this was my 30 minute call before delivery when I called customer service was told best to cancel I called store to talk with store manger was told he wouldn’t be back till Friday I said please have him call me back on Friday February 3rd well today is February 4th still haven’t heard back from store manager.

The store is well lit. I always find someone to help me. Anytime I have a special project they are creative in helping find a solution. The contractors desk always has very knowledgeable advice.

After trying to purchase a new refrigerator at 2 other businesses and either not having the item I wanted or they tried to upsell me to something I couldn't afford or need...walked into Home Depot and found the one I wanted, that was on sale, ordered and scheduled delivery in a matter of minutes. Employee was very knowledgeable about both the product and set up process and took the time to explain the warranty plan I purchased
