Diney and Manny were two of the best staffs that I’ve ever met in any hardware stores!!!! They were above and beyond helping us out in finding what we need. Exceptional service, supportive and very informative throughout the process that made us pleasantly surprised these people still exist. We were looking for a Honda generator 2200W from the other side of the town. Since the other location didn’t have it, we were referred to come to this location but we couldn’t find it here either. Manny and Diney approaches us offering help. They were trying to find the product but was unsuccessful after attempting it for the first 15 min. They got our numbers and told us that they will keep us updated. Many people fail to follow up after this point. However, Diney kept us informed about the status and reminded us that she didn’t forget about it and still searching for it. She also called us soon after once she found it and we were able to purchase it right away!! I was very satisfied that she kept us updated with the status. We felt valued. Truly appreciate their hard work. I recommend this location of Home Depot for anyone looking for first class service. Thank you!

This store has extremely knowledgeable and courteous employees. I've no need to shop the competition, these folks are like family! They're always willing to help me figure my projects out and resolve any problems that happen. Just an average homeowner that appreciates the local resource for sure! Appreciation for all they do for verteran's as well!!

The staff was so helpful we will be back for more new (LED) lighting fixtures as we complete upgrading our 1970's era home.

Store is clean well setup. i can find most things i need without assistance. the employees are helpful and i like the electrical selection the store has to offer.

Super friendly and helpful employees - went out of their way to find an older model of a product that they used to carry. Also called me back with information on ordering the product I needed. Very nice shopping experience!

I have generally been satisfied with the stock available and store employees have been helpful when asked (and when they encounter me and have asked if I need assistance). On this visit, I found what I needed and was able to check out quickly.

Store was clean, products were easy to find. Sales associate was friendly and informative. She gave instructions for what to do if the product didnt work.

Every time I visit this store everything is clean and organized the way is easy to find what you looking for and the customer service is awesome Great job guys.

Would not recommend unless you want to do someone else's job. They pay people to be cashiers. I am not an employee nor do I get a discount when told I have to use self check out (do the cashiers job(. Why would I want to do their job and not get a discount. Employees get a discount so why don't I if I am doing their job?

Every body I ran into in this store was very helpful with a really nice attitude.

While other stores may be great fits for lots of selections and resources to pull from, they can get to feel to busy for me at times. This store is like a gem among the rest with outstanding customer service throughout the store! I look forward to the life of my house, (recently my first new home purchase for building a family) for using and recommending this store to friends and family! The members of the team at this store are people who take care of their customers and families that come in. That’s the reputation I get when I first walked into the store. I am greatful to make new friends and start building projects with my new house. I look forward to more building in the future & would recommend this store for its quality and professionalism! Efficient and helpful with all my needs in my business

I am your typical "do it yourselfer" and am occasionally in need of assistance. I am guaranteed to always find a store employee here at Home Depot, who knows how to do what I'm trying to do and is always more than willing to give advice.

The store was extremely crowded by too many displays that narrowed the aisles, making motorized cart access impossible in many places about the store. Little or no turning radii left to make a turn with the motorized cart, esp in front of the store and indoor gardening. Employees very friendly and helpful.

The Abbott Road paint department is far superior to the Tudor Road HD. Kathy in paint is skilled and can color match like the other stores can't. That department was helping people promptly and friendly while I was waiting. The checkout was great and offered me $40 in rebates I didn't know about. They called for loading help that came as fast as I pulled the car up. I like this branch better than the others of HD.

CASHIER MEALILO PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WASNT SAPPY OR OVERBEARING, BUT INTERACTIVE AND THATS ALL ONE COULD WANT IN A HOME IMPROVEMENT WAREHOUSE.

I belong to The American Legion in Anchorage. Recently your employees volunteered their time and resources to help lay a floor in our Post. The number of volunteers that came out from Home Depot numbered a minimum of 21 persons. Volunteers came from Fairbanks, Juneau, Wasilla and Eagle River. Each had a skill set that contributed to the work at hand. Alan from Flooring was especially helpful in giving me pointers so that i can do my own floor. As a result, he assisted me in purchasing flooring and tools I needed to do the work. With the knowledge I gained I will be able to lay my own floor at home. God bless you all.

All associates seemed friendly and willing to help, but on my last visit it took three employees to locate the item I was looking for (box fan). The third employee named J'son knew the exact location of the item and made for a quick in and out shopping experience .

Went in to get a ceiling fan for our master bedroom and we are replacing a light fixture and Bob helped us out in getting everything we would need to get the job done so we wouldn't have to come back. The store was very clean, the staff was very helpful from start to finish and everything was labeled nicely, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
