This store is always clean and organized . Staff are friendly and eager to direct you to the correct department that you need to start your shopping.

The store was very clean and all the associates that helped us was very friendly and all the help they gave us was awesome I'm sorry I didn't get their names but you have helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent service: employees are knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and go out of their way to help you. Comparable pricing. Store is well run and clean.

I waited for 45 minutes in the plumbing isle, I went up to an associate and they paged for me to get help. Nobody ever showed up and I am an 18 year old girl who has no idea what to buy and what she needed exactly.

bought a refrigerator and dish washer. they missed the first delivery date and then wouldn't deliver it up my driveway when it finally came 2 days later. i will never shop at Home Depot again

The Home Depot off Chapman Highway in Knoxville, TN was very helpful to me when my Cordless String Trimmer was not working. They very friendly, concerned, knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem.

The store was clean, employees were very helpful, but most of all (for me at least) they respect me and my service dog. A few associates asked if they could pet him, when I told them he was working they just asked if there was anything else they could help with like he wasn't even there (that's what's supposed to happen). They give us space to do our shopping and treat me with the exact same courtesy as they do any other customer .Well done!

Did love going to this store as all employees are very nice but there is never a person at a regular checkout and I don't do self checkout.
