Staff like Paul and Kylie do great customer service to all customers. Paul answers ANY questions in the store and Kylie will do everything to research or ask her supervisor to attend to the needs of the customers. Staff like Tyrone and Cameron, considering that they are supervisors have poor customer service. Tyrone would just point the aisle at most while Cameron at Customer service do not know how to handle frustrated customers by just an outright response that "he will not continue the service if he or his staff will get disrespected".

Love when workers care about their customers

At the store I asked for 55 feet of wire, at the register I paid for 55 feet of wire. I got home I found out that Home depot gave me only 42.5 feet of wire but sale recipy shows I was charged for 55 feet of wire. this was The home depot's employee mistake and store manager refused to fix my request. -Hooo store policy- the home depot clients/customers just be carefull when buying stuff at this store because the (store policy) allows its employees to make mistakes and the customer will end up paying for it.... Geoff Van Osdel has help me the last 2 times I have went in. He was friendly, fast, efficient and informative. I walked in stressed out doing repairs to my home because something broke. He recognized me the second time. I am a single mom doing repairs myself. He walked me directly to what I needed explained what else I may need. I left the store and I was no longer stressed out and ready to tackle the repairs.

If it is assistance or satisfaction you're looking for at this store, DO NOT approach the store manager. "PETE". Instead, look to get assistance from their lower paid employees.

There was no tag on item Sabrina knew how to look it up on register and made it fast and easy.

Refused to sell a $50.00 plant because they didn’t want to look up the tag in the system nor offer a suggestion to the missing tag . Said well we just won’t sell it .
