At this point of the year and at this geographic location in Arizona I would expect evaporative cooler parts and accessories to be put out on the shelves and not have to wait 30 minutes for an employee to climb up a ladder multiple times to get some simple parts. I won't be back

Inventory is always incorrect at any location.

I was lucky to interact with Dominic at this store who was in the appliance department. He was just the employee I like. Helpful, knowledgeable but not in the least bit pushy. He made our day, by helping us, find the best washing machine for our needs, and you are lucky to have him.

Great store, Just need some more organizing in garden department

I go to this store when I come to town to visit my son. 18 months ago I had a horrible experience with the person handling returns and gave this store the bad review it deserved. Today I had the exact opposite experience. Got good help in the aisles. Got fast service at returns.

9550 w camelback loc. employees everywhere but received no help, plumbing was nobodys dept waiTed for 15 min after 3 pages. no one ever came so I left.wow thank goodness ther not the only one that sell these.

They will have what you need and will need. If they don’t they’ll find it.

Husband and I were there to get glue for our garage door Employee helped us with all the different types and steered us in right direction don't recall name only know she was very short! Excellent customer service makes us definitely want to come back with this type of cheerfulness and service!

Home Depot staff is just plain down rude. Everyone is so busy around the store customers can’t get help, the customer is an interruption of their work when in actuality we are the purpose of it. Im hoping management can explain this.

This Home Depot has the worst customer service. Then when you finically find help they tell you that what I’m buying is delivery only have I have to pay for that delivery. Why is this not my choice?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Home Depot at 99th Avenue and Camelback, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't forget! Not only did I find everything I needed for my home improvement project, but I was also greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff—especially the lovely ladies who work there. Seriously, they were so attractive and charming that I almost forgot why I was there! It's a bit of a running joke at home now, as my wife jokingly claims my marriage is in trouble with all the "hour little mamas" around. But hey, it’s hard to focus on the paint aisle when you’re surrounded by such a delightful team! In all seriousness, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They offered great advice, helped me find what I was looking for, and even shared some tips to make my project easier. I can’t thank them enough! I’ll definitely continue shopping here—not just for the supplies, but for the fantastic service and the fun atmosphere. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem of a store!

Staff helps customers with all information most of the time.

Was perfect and cheaper than i thought

If your managers can't tell if your employees are doing a great job you all might consider getting my managers that can manage and relate to employees .. rectal holes

While checking out I needed help but employees to busy goofing around and playing with their phones. When I asked for help they acted like I was bothering them.

Great experience. Just went to the Camelback store to buy something to chase away moles, but ended up buying decorations and everything else. Joe and Hunter were outstanding in their customer service. The each independently talked with me regarding the products I was considering and were happy to answer any question I had. Great job! That's why I shop Home Depot! John..

Shop here only because of convenient location. If you need assistance be prepared to wait a very long time if you’re lucky enough to get assistance.

I bought an extension cord that will not fit into any outlet in the US.

I am ao impressed and thankful for the high caliber of customer service that I experienced today. I recommend this Home Depot to anyone who wants a positive experience.

Excellent service from the pro-desk to help me find my lighting fiixture and the right tone of LED bulbs.

It’s easy access to the freeway and the aisles are clean enough to get thru and the product are organized.

I’ve been to stores all over the West and the people who work at this store were simply outstanding.

Friendly people Knowledgeable and helpful

On that days trip I literally had continuity of care from the moment I came in. I had previously bought bolts from Denise for a 4 wheel cart that had lost a few bolts. Comedically enough, I don’t have tools lol. I don’t know how I expected to screw them in. So on this day I was greeted by the warm and amazing Sheila who called up…..you guessed it Denise to help me. Denise explained perhaps I could get a loaner tool from the borrow a tool program so she walked me To Jair and Issac in the borrow department. They help bolt my cart and answered carpet cleaner questions

This is a great store to shop at when I come to Phoenix great all associates are very friendly and knowledgeable

I enjoyed my visit to the store very much. Carita helped me and made sure that I was satisfied with my visit. The staff was very personable and Carita also helped me determine how to find the best savings.

Went into the 99th and camelback location this afternoon frantic panicking, scrambling for parts to complete a job and was greeted by Luna in the plumbing department. Not having the greatest of plumbing skills. This employee was able to decipher my horrible regurgitated description of parts that I have not the slightest clue of. She was patient kind and diligent with product knowledge that I was unaware of. This employee is a prime example of superior customer service, and a true asset to the company. .
