I stopped by the store last week to inquire about an item that tends to be in high demand in the fall. It’s the beginning of summer and I was inquiring about the item early because I definitely didn’t want to miss out on it again this year. I spoke to the manager and he said he would do his best to help. 6 days later, the item I had wanted was returned by a customer and instead of putting it on the shelf, he had a team member call me to see if I wanted it. YES!!!! I paid over the phone and drove over to get it. Best day ever! I’m so thankful for the way the team went out of their way to WOW me with their customer service. I absolutely did not think I would be remembered. They could have blown me off, but instead, went out of their way to give excellent customer service! Kudos to Keith, Blake and Coby!!!!

I came to this Home Depot 2 days ago and wanted to buy the last wooden mirror that was on display. The worker told me I could not. I had to come back to Home Depot today for a paint mix-up so I decided to ask the guy checking me out if I could buy a mirror on display- He walked all the way to the back of the store with me and scanned it and said yep- you sure can. He closed off the isle and had me stand far back and came around the corner on a little machine and got it for me. He carried it all the way back to the front and checked me out. Hands down The BEST Home Depot service I have experienced. His orange apron said Tacoby- I took a picture the 1st day to show my husband the mirror. I snapped a picture the 2nd day so I could show my husband I was coming home with the mirror. So the 1st picture is the guy who wouldn’t sell the mirror and the 2nd picture is the happy guy who sold me the mirror! Such an awesome difference a smile and friendly attitude can make a customer’s day and restore my faith in customer service!

I have shopped at 3915 three times in the past two weeks and I am so pleased at how engaged with the customers the employees have been each time I've been there. Hats off to your manager and department heads. You have eone an excellent job of leading by example and getting your direct reports on board with the vision! I will most certainly be back, and I will recommend your store to any and all.

Lots of home improvement stores carry same kind of items. A lot of what matters comes down to the people working for you. Every visit I have made to this store I’ve always found the staff to go out of there way to help meet my shopping needs. Thank you Hime Depot staff!

You would think that home depot would have a illuminated parking lot. Too dark didn’t feel safe aside from beer cans in parking lot.

I can always find help in this store.

Came in and had to buy a stove top, refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Washing machine all at once. Gina immediately showed us the holiday sale she has going on and ended up saving us over $3000. Having to buy one appliance is bad enough, but 4! She actually made it a good time!

Bought a champion log splitter all the paper work was soaked did not come with everything that is was supposed to a couple of the people that helped us there was not very nice just wasn’t a very good experience

I dealt with Cal in Milworks on some garage door openers. We had a couple of challenges and he went above and beyond to help me. He had to call his manager for an over ride. She showed up promptly and was very pleasant. Will definitely use the Jenks Home Depot in the future

I ran to Home Depot over lunch to pick up a box of tile our contractor needed to finish our kitchen. I asked the kindest man who happened to be standing near me in the tile isle if he could cut a strap on the boxes for me and he dropped everything he was doing to cut the strap, load the heavy boxes into my cart, shepherd me to the customer service desk, where he handed me off to an equally kind young man, and then reappeared to load my items into my car. I have never felt more like a princess in my life. We are a Home Depot family and I never question that… I am now a Home Depot on Delaware person. Thank you so much!

Very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable people. Always ready to help you with your project. And very reasonable pruces.

The people who work there are very knowledgeable about their product areas. They will help you find someone in that particular area if they can’t help or locate what is needed wish there was a kiosk to enter when you need help and can’t locate anyone in that dept.

I like being able to find what I need quickly and leaving quickly.

I went to this Home Depot store to potentially purchase some flooring. They had everything I needed, and the customer service was the best I have had in a long time. Will definitely make this store my go to store.

Bought a weed eater and blower among other items and everything works great.

Picked up a few items this afternoon and as usual it was a great experience. I normally look up new items I need so I know exactly where they are. Johnnie helped me out and took me through checkout. Good dude with a helpful attitude.

We have made 2 large appliance purchases this year. We found the salespeople the be very knowledgeable and helpful. We tried other appliance places and Home Depot was by far the best on all fronts...salespeople and price.

This HD truly exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is better than any other I have patronized. When I was searching on my phone for where to find rain gauges, one of your staff members at the Pro Desk asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for & he quickly gave me the specific shelf. The Garden Cashier Xavier wowed me when I forgot something and was heading back from the car, Xavier was collecting carts and asked "do I need any help?" He truly exemplified excellence! HD is the BEST!

I have came into this Home Depot several times over the past two months. Each time the employees have been helpful and friendly. This particular time Lori and Cheyenne went above and beyond to help me! Thank you all so much
