Terilynn was fantastic with my recall and getting me a new lawnmower and out the door quickly. Zack was such a great help with loafing it in my vehicle! Was so very impressed by the 2 of them! Treat them well. They are keepers. Thank you!

Bob in appliance department was an excellent communicator and helped my wife and I chose the right product for our needs. He represented Home Depot as a cherished employee that was both knowledgeable and friendly. It's employees like Bob that'll keep me coming back.

This is hands down the best pro desk of any home Depot I have been to. Always willing to help and do what they can to accommodate.

We placed an online order for flooring to be picked up by us at the Saddlerock store. The employees working that evening were outstanding. We were greeted and immediately assisted by Terrilynn who had our online order ready to wheel out while we grabbed a few more items. She was very helpful in answering out questions and providing additional information about credit options and design services. We also encountered two other employees while looking for a handful of things. I feel badly that I can't remember their names but they both we're very knowledgeable - told us where everything we needed was and walked us to several of them to get us started and ensure that we found exactly what we needed.

Always a pleasant experience. It can be cluttered at times, but I rather have more than be without.

Best store I have been to. Everyone was warm and welcoming and several employees approached me asking me if I needed help.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate them going the extra mile with me. Helping put stuff into my car, or helping me in the aisle.

I tries to use the 10% off coupon sent to me via email for my HD credit Card, and the self checkout would not take it. I was told to go to customer service to talk with them. Didn't have the time to go thru a refund/repurchase.

Your employees are always so helpful

I am remodeling my bathroom ordered a huge number of supplies that cost me a pretty penny every time I call to check on the order. The customer service representative did not know what was going on. They were rude and they hung up on me once I did get through And they said they would call me back then they never did that happen on several occasions. It’s a wonder. This company is still in business.

I asked for help with finding something, the customer service rep was more interested in playin with his phone. Next I go to make a purchase and asked for my military discount,. I was told download an app. Not interested in downloading anything and going through some 3rd party to verify my government id. Its on my Drivers license no need for anything else. No other vendor does this. I will avoid Home Depot in the future

I shop at this location a lot. It is close to my home and very convenient. Great Quality of goods and service.

Of all the home improvement stores, let alone Home Depots, the one on Gun Club Rd is the best! Kind, professional, extremely helpful individuals all around with Vince at the very top! Fantastic manager who definitely assesses the total picture and went above and beyond for me today!

I wish employees cared and actually had customer service

I've been shopping at The Home Depot for decades and have never had a wonderful experience like I had today. You employee Jon, who works in plumbing was very pleasant and quite experienced. I'm working on a new sprinkler project and Jon walked me through every step and located all of the parts needed for the project. Every time I need help, the employees have helped me and are not only helpful but have often given me some useful information. I had a nice young lady help me with getting a return credit, even postponing her break to help me. And, most recently, a very nice gentleman, in the flooring area, got up from his desk to lead me to where the floor vent covers were. Then we had a very nice conversation prior to my checking out. I know I titled this about the employees but I also got exactly what I needed and I'm very pleased with the floor vent covers that I bought.

When I need a piece of hardware or a tool to do the job, this is the store I always go to. With a great selection and employees always around to help, it doesn’t get much better or easier.

I was looking for the Christmas STAR SHOWER having the snowman, Christmas tree, reindeer, and more. I'm a disabled Vet, This young lady helped me not only find the item which was in the front of the store anyway, but helped me look for Candy Cane Lamp stakes which happen to be way, way back in the store. Actually, it was aisle 58, outside of the store, and like 19-degrees too. Anyway, got what I needed and went to Customer Service to check out. Guess what? Home Depot Credit Card no workee! Great! Now what? We called Home Depot Customer Service to find out "We sent you a new card back in April." Not to worry. The Store was able to pull me up with proper credentials and . . . you guessed it - I was able to make the purchase and be on my Merry way. Thank You!
