Trina & Millie are ROCKSTAR employees!! They both took their time to help me in what I needed and didn't quit until they helped me!!! They went over and beyond the call of duty!!! You need more employees like these two ladies!!!!

Associate in gardening was extremely helpful in our decision as to which lawn tractor to purchase, In his usual fashion, management was there with his friendly and accommodating assistance with anything we needed! The forklift operator and loading dock associates were very helpful and friendly! Thanks for the awesome!

Tobby at the customer service desk was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a flawless and efficient trip to the store.

Was looking for a replacement for a sliding door handle. Had to look for an associate for help. The associate covering the dept. was very helpful in choosing a reasonable replacement. The type we were looking for was no longer carried in the store, but there was the possibility of special ordering one. It was needed immediately, so we went with the one in the store. With some adjustments, the handle we choose worked.

I was in and out in a flash, the girl at the Service Desk was helpful, fast and very friendly

I went in thinking I needed a storm door but Daniel in the doors and windows department showed me a product I didn't even know existed with a retractable screen door. This way I was able to get a spring and summer evening breeze AND NOT obstruct my front door (as I like to hang wreaths of varying types all year long). Daniel was effusive in his enthusiasm. I am hard to impress from a customer service standpoint and hit the mark.

I love Home Depot. Of all the stores I go in, I have the most fun browsing around Home Depot. I love my local associates they are usually spot on. When they aren't, they readily get the one who is. It is a great place with a real sense of family and support. A tremendous store and a tremendous team.

The paint desk person was very helpful and professional.

Store was clean and cheerful. Jim in Plumbing dept very very helpful and very customer oriented My wife and I shop at this Home Depot store on frequent basis and will continue to do so. All personnel at store seen very genuine and want you to have a great shopping experience

I was in the tree department and saw a Home Depot employee coming toward me. I asked him if he could help me and he said, "Of course, how can I help you?" He loaded the tree in my basket and then offered to push the basket. He then continued to assist me with several other questions regarding products. He never acted too busy and was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. He never divulged that he was the Assistant Store Manager. He smiled and was very friendly during this entire shopping experience. How nice to have someone in management help a customer and not act like they were too good or busy to help. BRAVO David Lawrence!! I'll be back!! This Awesome Customer Service is why I have shopped Home Depot for the last 40 years!!

This store was dirty and woefully cluttered merchandise blocking all isles.

I visit this store at least twice every month. They always have what I need, or have ideas for remodeling and decorating. The store is clean and organized and the staff are always helpful. I also love that I can bring my dog, she loves visiting also

I can get help from a associate easily, that saved me a lots of time.

Our purchase of a new door for our home was simple with the knowledge and advice of friendly Home Depot staff. The inventory was excellent and included many options in a variety of price ranges. The affordable, professional measurement and installation of our door went smoothly, and the haul away of our old door was a convenient option.

We took our mower to the Repair Facility and we are so glad we did! Our associate was helpful, courteous and attentive. He explained our options, called with an estimate and finished our mower before expected. So refreshing after calling 4 other places and not even getting a call back! It is clear that he cares about his customers and company. We will only see him in the future!

I had purchased the wrong gift card for a friends birthday party. I should have split the amount between 2 cards instead of 1. The associates helped me to get the correction.

We just had the best experience tonight when we went to purchase a new grill tonight thanks to Reggie and his staff at Home Depot! It was hassle free and actually enjoyable to go grill shopping. Everyone was soo friendly and went above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend The Saddle Rock Home Depot and if you have the change to deal with Reggie directly do it!

The bathroom vanity was only available on line, so the associate ordered that for me. The bathroom tiles and fictures were all in stock. The associate helped me pick out colors that would compliment the vanity that was ordered. I felt the associate really cared about what I wanted and took plenty of time to achieve the goal.

Marla was amazing with trim! She helped figure out the miter box and the cuts needed! Definitely went beyond expectations for my project. I am replacing floor board and trim in son's bathroom as it had mold. I am not skilled (yet) at these type of projects but decided I needed to DIY for cost reasons. Thank you Marla!

Martin at the customer service desk was so extremely helpful, even taking my HEAVY and bulky item out to my car and trying to load it the best way (I should have brought a minivan!!). He was kind and patient. If you ever have a question or problem that cannot be solved, be sure to ask for Reggie, (the manage on duty when I was there.) He is the best - very interested in the customer's satisfaction! Thank you Home Depot - it is your employees that make you great.

The products were visible as the display was well organized.Store was clean and the lightening was satisfactory.

There must have been a complete staffing overhaul. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - and they actually seemed to LIKE working there. What a change!

I can't say enough good things about this Home Depot. The associates are ALWAYS super helpful and friendly. They are all very knowledgable about their departments as well. I would rather pay more at Home Depot than go anywhere else (however we have found that their prices are some of the best). I love doing DIY projects and I don't always know what the heck I am doing and know I can always ask someone at the Saddlerock Home Depot.

We were able to go right to where needed to get what we came for. I like how the stores remain laid out the Same.

Items I purchased were miss marked at higher price. Cashier had no problem adjusting the price at register. Came back next day for more of smae material, same items were still miss marked with higher price. cashier was wonderful and curtious...

The staff in Lawn and Garden were helpful and nice. They loaded all products fast and neat.

Martin from your Customer Service Desk is your greatest asset. He greets me by name when I come into the store and has helped me in checking out through the Pro X program so that I am given the appropriate discounts for being a member of this program. He is the only person that I have found in the store that understands this program and was willing to take his time to enter my purchases into the system prior to checking out my purchases and sending my purchase amount to the bid room in order to get my discounts. No one else in your store has been willing or able to help me, including the store manager. Kudos to Martin!!!!!! I suggest you keep him very happy so that he will stay at your store.

I was very please with the help I received from Kristen in the Garden Dept. to locate items I needed for my weekend planting project. She even guided me through the weekend crowd to locate some planters I had a question about. She went above and beyond by loading those planters onto a flat cart for me and was by my side while i checked out and even loaded them into my car. How's that for customer service!!!
