Any time that I am in the Salem Home Depot and need to find something, it is generally well organized and easy to find. In those cases that I am not sure and need help, the store associates are always willing to stop what they are doing and go well out of their way to help me find exactly what I want. The friendliness and helpfulness of the associates makes shopping here a pleasure.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN BUT UNDER STAFED HAD PROBLEM FINDING HELP

Any store that has rows and rows of nuts and bolts and paint and appliances is very stressful . We needed everything for a bathroom renovation; Kevin walked us through the process, and spend over an hour with us, explaining options, and finding everything we needed, down to the right size container of grout . Jen P., the cashier, had no problems with the 4 carts of items. Two excellent helpers helped load everything into our vehicle. Thanks!

I had an exceptional visit to the Salem NH The Home Depot this evening. I needed to purchase shades for my children’s bedrooms and polyurethane for a project I am working on. Not knowing much about either, I quickly tracked down an employee in both cases who walked me through the pros and cons of each item. I was very impressed of their industry knowledge and helpful in nature. I’ve tried other home improvement stores but I always return to The Home Depot and in particular the Salem NH location. It’s always been a wonderful experience and tonight it was truly exceptional thus, I thought I might share my experience.

I went in during a busy work day and a week before Christmas, two times where you might expect to find less than helpful and slightly irritated employees. What I got was a very pleasant experience. My return was quick and easy and then shopping after was assisted by a very knowledgeable associate. Check-out was friendly, quick and easy as well.

I needed help figuring out how to fix the wheels on a small animal cage to make it higher off the ground. I brought pictures and a wheel with me and Jon in Hardware went to work with rods and connectors and nuts and bolts successfully making the wheels 12" higher. I took everything home installed them on the cage and now I have enough room for a second cage underneath. I was very please with the customer service and Jon showed true interest in wanting to figure out a solution.

Every time we visit Home Depot in Salem, NH, all of the associates are friendly, professional and extremely helpful! We keep going back to this store for this reason and we always find a deal!
