Zach in the flooring department helped me order some carpet and schedule an appointment to have my project measured. He was super nice.

Every time I go in the store, it’s very clean neat and everything is in its place. The associates are always very friendly when you ask them for help.

While I was checking out, I was refused my Veterans Discount. I was told that the new policy went into effect 2 weeks ago and they COULD NOT override it to give me the Veterans discount, even though I provided proof of my service by showing my VA Identification card

The first associate I encountered was unable to help me but the second associate Katie was extremely helpful and turned what may have been an unhelpful experience into a pleasant experience.

Needed a couple of gallons of paint and got great service from George and Lauren. They had my paint ready in minutes and were so helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this Home Depot location. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, aiming to please and provided great customer service - from cashier to the employees who helped out with flooring selection. Thank you to the entire team (Ronnie, Susan, Christian, Freddie, Anthony). And to Jose who helped us get to two Christmas trees in our vehicles. Thank you so much!

I just had one of the best experiences ever on my trip to Home Depot tonight. Genesis at the service desk should be training people everywhere on how to treat a customer, on my way out One of the managers Tom thanked me for choosing his store to shop at and asked if I was happy with my experience in the store, well here is your answer sir YES it was actually an absolute please to be in your store tonoght.

Always is a hassle, have to sign in to the wifi,then try to get it to work, usually multiple times,or doesn't work at all and they can't put it in for you so you are just out the discount. Then you leave and have to change your wifi back to yours

This store does not reflect correct in stock condition of products, online it shows that this store had the particular item in stock but when at the store they didn't have any. Check out person at pro register was rude.

I bought washing machine and it's being delivered within 6 days from purchase. Excellent customer service in the appliance department.

I like buying at this store. I always get the help I need. I also find employees knowledgeable about their products.

I dropped my credit card, and two employees, Lyndsey and Genesis found my card and held it for me. I offered $20/cash and they would not accept any money from me. They were both very professional in the way they handle the situation. I was very impressed!

Walking into the garden center early Sunday morning sale cashier Angela was sweeping up debris from the day prior and welcomed me into the store, checking out she was very kind and it was a very speedy process. Will come back again hoping to have Angela check me out again!

Ron, the associate that helped me with a plumbing issue was great. He was very helpful in exploring my options and what to do to prevent the issue in the future. I truly appreciated his genuine concern. It was Memorial Day weekend and I was truly overwhelmed. I was able to go home and fix the problem confidently.

Today, I needed to purchase 6 gallons of deck and fence stain. To my Surprise, I met the most caring, nice, patient elderly man named Ken. Mr. Ken should be the face of Home Depot...or at least give classes to some of his coworkers. When, it comes to customer services Mr. Ken is number ONE. Mr Ken has only been employed by Home Depot for 5 weeks. I hope Home Depot does right him. Mr. Ken brings a smile to my Face. Mr. Ken, Thank You!

First of all, Stacey restored my faith in HD. I've been shopping at this HD for years, and Stacey is usually there to maintain civility, whether at night, morning, or weekends. Stacey keeps this place running well. As a long-standing customer at HD I'm in a good place, and will be returning again. my issue stemmed from mulch that was incorrectly entered by the cashier. At time of loading it was determined that the wrong product was purchased, was told to see customer service inside. Stacey quickly assessed the situation, and resolved the error created by the cashier.

Not only I’d the new system onerous, I found out today not all items are eligible. I’ll probably switch to another big box store.

André at the Pro desk was excellent. He took my order list and suggested I could leave and he would contact me when I could pay for the order. Told me it would be ready within three hours. H called me back in one hour to tell me it was ready. The order was complete when I went to pick it up. Very pleased with the whole process.

So glad to find the product that I needed : a toilet auger, and it worked. It was as the reviews said, worth the money, solid construction and ease of use.

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE GARDEN DEPT...BLACK WATER DRIPPED ON MY WHITE SHIRT AND PANTS!! TOLD THE 2 SALES PERSON(IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT TO CALLED THEM) AT THE REGISTER AND THEY COULD LESS!!
