I was assisted today by Rita, Darleen and Jose, while purchasing a new hot water heater. They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the unit I needed. I didn’t expect to leave Home Depot with a smile on my face, but I did today! Thank you and I’ll surely return to your store.

Products for every need is at the Salem , New Hampshire !

If you are going over there today the parking lot is cut sown to 1/2 size because a contractor is paving or marking the lot. Issue finding a space to park. Lot was clean and plenty of carriages .

After unsuccessful purchasing this particular product online Homedepot advised me to visit the store only to find out that they Didn’t had the product I wanted but I still love shopping at Homedepot

I think The Home Depot in Salem has some excellent employees. Whenever we need help they are extremely helpful and go beyond merely pointing out the product on the self.

A store employee tried to point at me as the problem for a "professional" carpet cleaner equipment that did not clean and/or did not have enough suction power... a little dusting on the filter and he claimed that it was plugged and needed to be cleaned!!!

I rented a cleaning equipment that didn't clean anything; I bought a cleaning solution with it that I opened to use and since I couldn't get the equipment to clean, I didn't end up using much of the cleaning solution and I couldn't return the container... On top of that, there was some dirt in the container so I got charged $25 for not cleaning the container... I agreed to pay that, since I wasn't going back to that store and since the service manager was standing right there and the only thing she had to say is that she'll talk to cashier who checked out the equipment with me!!!

The employees at this store really shine. They were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot location for further renovation needs.

I did not need to bother any employee, was able to find what I wanted and check myself out, pay and leave. Easy enough. Just had to dodge the sprinklers

If you go to this Home Depot in the mornings before 11 am expect to be shoved aside while they do their "important work". I still go there because it's most convenient to me but often find aisles closed, people hauling stuff around that I keep hearing "excuse me I need to get by" rather than asking if they can help me since I'm loitering in an area waiting for someone to come, say, cut a piece of carpet.

I useually shop at the Home Depot in Salem N.H.and my interaction with the millwork specialist Joe Baker was a pleasant experience even though he and his co-workers in that department were very busy,he took the time to make sure that all my needs and questions were addressed.
