Great store! Great personnel! The employees do their best to make sure you get what you are looking for. I will shop there again in the future.

At the Salem store associates are very helpful. However, if you need the answer to just about anything, find Byron and you will be all set. Bonus...he's has a delightful sense of humor and makes you feel like he's glad you are there.

I went to the east Salem, Oregon Home Depot store for some specialty light bulbs. They had a large selection, and a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate (Zaki) assisted me and helped me figure out just what would work best. A positive experience.

I've been to this store twice and had good experiences both times. Both times I asked the newest employee where an item is and even though they didn't know the directed me to the right person to tell me where it is that I was there for.

I just moved to Salem and shopped at your store for the first time. The staff was friendly, knowlegable and helpful. I commend employee Burgle especially for efficient quality service.

The people make the store and I believe that Home Depot's employees are a notch above all other home improvement stores in the Salem area.

Excellent customer service. Extremely friendly & happy employees. Makes me want to get a job there. The best service & stocked inventory that we have found in any Home Depot in the past 10 years. I am so glad we decided to shop at store #4006 in Salem, Or this time. We will continue to do so. Burett aka Burgie made out checkout so pleasant for us. Must be some great management at this location for the employees to be so happy.

The store appearance was well maintained. Items were neatly displayed and easily located in a simple well organized floor plan. Sales associate were knowledgeable of their inventory and communicated well to establish a sincere relationship with the customers. They knew their limitations and complied with their customer's needs to their limits of their capabilities. It is a pleasure to shop at The Home Depot for all my home needs and more. : )

Very helpful staff that helped me with my project

It all started with Missy from HDI in Portland who gave us an estimate for refacing out kitchen cabinets. After demolishing our kitchen, we discovered we needed REPLACEMENT cabinets. It was Kristin Claire at the Salem Hanger Dr Store who spend hours with us redesigning our little kitchen. Her knowledge is incredible, but her persona brings the process to life because of her 12 years of experience and her incredible patience. We are DIYers who were able to ask installation type questions she was able to answer.

I routinely get prompt and friendly service from this store weather it involves researching new products, picking up things I typically use or renting yard equipment.

I don’t work at this store but I know someone who does. He told me about all of the great things this company does for veterans and disaster victims. Most of this seemed to be stuff that most people don’t know about but the Home Depot really does great things for these people as well as their employees. Nic work!

Salem Home Depot gives the shopper the attention needed to fine the product in the store and to help with information about the product. Very good experience in shopping. Didn't have to go look for and employee to help.

Great customer service!!

Walked into the appliance dept, was looking around at all the appliances and was greeted by Shawn Wilbur, an appliance specialist, within 10 minutes. It was Cyber Monday and it was a busy day. My experience was great, got the appliances I wanted and the price was even better! I felt no pressure and my questions were all answered. This is the second time I have bought appliances from HD.

Had a wonderful lshopping experience

Not sure how she does it but Bobbi always seems to know when me and my team are in the store! She always makes the visit much nicer. And when checking out we always go through Lupe's line if she is working those two truely make a positive impact on every visit, which is daily during the week. Great Customer Service. G
