The store is always clean, the Isles are never cluttered, the Shelves are full with the supplies needed, the workers are so polite and friendly, and I love the prices. I have been shopping at this Store since I moved to this City and I will always shop here. Thank you for caring about your Customers.

Items that I needed were very easy to find even if the store was crowded, Isles had enough room to get around to prevent frustration. I needed help twice and associates were easily found and very helpful. I am always impressed by the choices that are offered on items at each store. Visited the plant section and again impressed with the selection. I buy at the store at least twice a month and would highly recommend. When comparing prices to other hardware stores you can't beat your prices.

Once you find associate they can help you with all your needs they are very knowledgeable on every thing in the store that you need for your home. If has to do with your home most likely homedepot will have it.

This Home Depot has the best two associates of of any other Home Depot I have shopped. I tell everyone that may go with me to this store, that if either one of these associates would not work here anymore, this store is going to shut down. They know everything about this store and will help you until you understand completely. They know where every item is and the sale price if applicable and how to rent the store rental truck. I make it a point to go when they are at work if I know I will need help.

The items in the store were easy to find, and when I did require some assistance finding some items, the associates were available and ready to help. I've lived in San Bernardino for years and have been coming to this location for quite some time with great service and experiences every time!

Usually find what I am looking for and at a very good price.

I loves the store I couldn't keep my eyes off a few items tools in perticular but I sadly didn't have the funds to purchase these items at the time I will be returning when I have the money to but them though

This particular store is right down the street from me so, of course, I'm giving them a great review. The only improvement I'd suggest is to co-locate a Hooters® and a Starbucks® within the store... I'd never leave....

HELLO to the pple at and with Home Depot Today once more, my small task of garden work found help easily through the neighbor hood homedepot. I needed top soil so I decided to go around a few corers and found the parking lot of homedepot open and visibly able to handle my quick entrance and departure. So as I assumed a good spo the doors were open and readt for ease of entry and exit. I knew where to look for my favorite items in the garden section already. With my product of purchase in sight I grabbed my item and made the transaction. From there Iwent home with agood feeling.

Since my last visit to this store a few years ago a lot has improved for the better. Whatever it is that the store is doing to change, keep doing it !

The store was clean and the associates were friendly.

Never seems to be Home Depot Employees around in the isles. When someone finds one, that person is usually does not work in the dept you need help in. Personally think sales would soar if there was someone actually selling products in the isles. It seems that HD caters more to the Contractor than to the individual homeowner that lack the knowledge of what is available.

The store lacked employee's in the aisles to assist customers. Another person in the aisle assisted me and we both commented that this particular Home Depot stinks for customer service.

The staff is friendly and helpful at this store. Both times that we have gone and needed a little extra help to put an item on the roof of our car for transport, one of the associates that were in the parking lot seemed to magically appear at the exact moment that we needed help. We are doing a lot of remodeling and will continue to shop at this store.

Being a former associate myself, it's easy to navigate and self-shop as well as visually check for stock in the overheads and at locations with associated products throughout the store. If I need an associate, I can get one. The atmosphere is still cordial and it's like I never really left... that's a good thing.

I've always like the garden warranty at Home Depot, on Their plants, no ?'s asked.
